Clinical Study On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Acompanied Hyperandrogenism By Bushen Shugan Method Of Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of BuShenShuGan method of Regulating Menstruation on treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome accompanied Hyperandrogenism,evaluate the effect of chinese medicine,explore the possible mechanism of action, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.Methods:Selecting 33 patients with PCOS accompanied hyperandrogenism from february to December in 2014 at Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.All of them were treated with traditional chinese medicine based on BuShenShuGan method of Regulating Menstruation.The course of treatment should be last 3 months. We recorded the laboratory tests and clinical signs of scoring before and after the treatment.Result:1.The levels of serum T,DHEAS, FAI, AND, LH, LH/FSH were markedly lower than before; The levels of serum SHBG, FSH, E2, PRL had no significant change.2.The clinical signs hirsutism, acne, acanthosis nigricans, excess fat, waist-hip ratio, BMI had no significant change.3. The levels of serum FINS, HOMA-IR were markedly lower than before; The levels of serum FPG were not markedly lower than before.4. With the increase of taking medicine of Regulating Menstruation, ovulation rate is increasing.Conclusion:Method of Regulating Menstruation was proved to decline androgen,improve insulin resistance,regulate the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarion axis, promote ovululation rate,achieve the purpose of the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
