Clinical Study On The Therapy Of Bushen Expectorant Method Combined With Diane-35 Treating Hyperandrogenism Type Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Its AMH

OBJECTIV:Through the clinical study,observe the clinical efficacy of Expectorant Bushen Method Combined with Diane-35 Treating Kidney-Deficiency and Phlegm-Dampness Type of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with HA;Observe the clinical superiority of combination therapy and whether it can reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rate of Diane-35 alone.Explore the impact of this program on AMH and the role of AMH in PCOS initially to lay the foundation for the exploration of the diagnosis,treatment,prediction of PCOS.METHODS:This study is divided into theoretical research and clinical research in two parts.Theoretical research:through the literature research,from the Chinese medicine and modern medicine on the understanding of PCOS,AMH in the PCOS research progress in three aspects.Clinical study:60 patients were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the principle of control.The patients divided into experimental group(30 cases)accepted expectorant Bushen Method Combined with Diane-35 and control group(30 cases)accepted Diane-35.The patients were treated and followed up for 3 months.To observe all the patients’ menstruation,ovulation,TCM score,hairy,acne,BMI,ovarian volume,AFC,liver and kidney function,blood lipid and serum hormone levels before and after the treatment..Record the follow-up period of ovulation,pregnancy and the above indicators to assess the recurrence of the situation.RESULTS:The total effective rate was 86.67/%in the experimental group and 73.33%in the control group,the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group,(P=0.025).The two groups were able to improve the TCM syndrome score of PCOS.The total effective rate of the test group was 90%and the control group was 50%.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P=0.000).The two groups had different degrees of improvement in menstrual disorders,acne,obesity and ovulation disorders,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);but no significant improvement in hairy.The levels of T,LH,LH/FSH and AMH were significantly decreased in both groups,and the level of SHBG was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);There were recurrence in the two groups during the three-month follow-up period and the control group was higher than the experimental group(P=0.001).The level of AMH in PCOS was positively correlated with androgen level and AFC,r values were 0.906 and 0.763 respectively.CONCLUSION:the effect of Bushen expectoration combined with Diane-35 treatment of hyperandrogenism type PCOS is better than that of Diane-35 alone,Not only the effect is better in the total efficacy,TCM syndrome score,hormone level and so on,but also pregnancy is more and the recurrence rate is lower during the follow-up period.AMH is positively correlated with androgen levels and AFC,which may be the mechanism of PCOS ovulation disorder.Due to the short treatment time,the advantages of treating hirsutism and relieving adverse reactions are not shown.
