| Objective:to discuss the effectiveness of the treatment by the double column olecranon osteotomy fixation for adult humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods:V-shaped osteotomic double plate fixation had been applied for treatment of 23 patients with C type humeral intercondylar fractures from June 2008 to Sep 2013.Results:All these 23 cases of fractures acquired anatomical repositioning and firm internal fixation, all obtain the revisit, fracture healing time is for half a year after operation to 14months.The elbow joint function was evaluated by Cassebaum standard -evaluation, there into:optimal effectiveness was seen 16 cases, good in 4,general in 2 and worse in 1,and its excellent and good rate was 86.9%.Conclusion:The application of V-shaped osteotomic double plate fixation with C type humeral condylar comminuted fractures can acquire anatomical reattachment and firm internal fixation, and its result was very satisfactory. |
