Clinical Observation Of Dual Plates Via Transolecranon Osteotomy Approach In Intenral Fixation For Humeral Intercondylar Fracture

Objective： provide reliable clinical and experimental data for dual plates viatrans-olecranon osteotomy approach in internal fixation for humeral intercondylar fracture.Methods：the32cases which meet inclusion criteria of humeral intercondylarfracture,are from patients hospitalized in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital frommarch2010to march2011.The patients were treated with surgery using dual plates viatrans-olecranon osteotomy approach in internal fixation Guiding function exercise andpreventing the occurrence of complications actively after the surgery.Recheck thefunctional activities of the elbow and judge the healing of the fracture through X-ray in1month,3months,6months and12months.Apply Mayo elbow function evaluation indexcriteria to observe effect.Results：32cases were followed up,excellent in16,good in10, fair in4, and poor in2,81.25%excellent or good results were obtained.Conclusion：It can obtain good effect appling dual plates via trans-olecranonosteotomy approach in internal fixation for humeral intercondylar fracture. It providesstability with simple technieal Procedure,solid fixation and restore the joint function scope,and it facilitates rehabilitation exercises and Provides good results with low complicationrate.
