The Treatment Effect Analysis Of The Adult Humeral Intercondylar Fracture With Dual Plate And Y Style Plate Fixation By Two Ways Of Posterior Approach

Objective:to compare the treatment effect of dual plate fixation with Y style plate fixation,and the effect of chevron osteotomy of the olecranon approach with the triceps muscle flap to tongue-shaped splitting approach.Methods:collected 91 cases in our hospital from 1998 to 2008 among the adult humeral intercondylar fractures.44 cases applied dual plate fixation(27 cases with chevron osteotomy of the olecranon approach,17 cases with the triceps muscle flap to tongue-shaped splitting approach);47 cases applied Y style plate fixation(29 cases with chevron osteotomy of the olecranon approach,18 cases with the triceps muscle flap to tongue-shaped splitting approach). Executed the Clinical observation for follow-up.Results:overall assessment of dual-plate internal fixation group of excellent and good rate of 75%,Y style plate internal fixation group of excellent and good rate was 76.6%,compared the two groups no significant difference.However,in each group,as well as the overall evaluation of the efficacy of the two approaches exist significant differences,the chevron osteotomy of the olecranon approach is better than the triceps muscle flap to tongue-shaped splitting approach.Conclusion:dual-plate and Y style plate internal fixation for the treatment of the adult humeral intercondylar fracture have a good clinical effect on selection,as the case may be. Relative to the the triceps muscle flap to tongue-shaped splitting approach,chevron osteotomy of the olecranon approach has a better effect in the early postoperative exercise of elbow joint function recovery,reduce complications.
