Clinical Research On Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease With Insomnia Of Yangxue Rougan Anshen Decoction

Objective : Parkinson’s disease(Parkinson ’s disease, PD)is a common degenerative disease as a multiple in elderly of central nervous system.It has become a therapeutic problem for the pathogenic need lifelong treatment and the disease was constantly progress status. Tutor creates Yangxue Rougan Anshen Decoction, whtch clinical treatment has initial results,we carries on the clinical observation for researching the effect of treatment and the mechanism of action.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) as the evaluation standard, respectively, before treatment and after treatment the total integral, To observe the curative effect of Yangxue Rougan Anshen Decoction on PD of insomnia,we compared the symptoms of PSQI product and Hoehn-Yahr staging,then providing a theoretical basis for clinical demonstration and relatively objective used in clinic treatment of Parkinson’s disease of insomnia and Yangxue Rougan Anshen decoction.Method: Selecting 60 cases of the year 2014 March-December from the Henan Province People’s Hospital and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine, Dividing into the treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases in western medicine with simple randomly,On the basis of open treatment, the treatment group was given nourishing blood liver Anshen Decoction and the control group was given Zopiclone Tablets that last about 30 days. Then the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of each symptom scale score and the total score and Hoehn-Yahr stage were recorded before and after the treatment. All the data we received will analysis and examination by SPSS20.0, with the scientific data to illustrate the clinical curative effect of Yangxue Rougan Anshen decoction.Result: Two groups have no significant differences in gender、age、course of Parkinson’s disease and insomnia symptoms, with the Hoehn-Yahr(P>0.05).Therapeutic indexes are as follows:1.The total clinical efficacy evaluation:The total effective rate of treatm-ent grou-p is 96.7% and The total effective rate of control group is 93.0%. The statistical analysis showed that there has no significant differences P>0.05);2.Two groups before and after treatment of insomnia symptoms(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale) total score and the points symptoms paired test and Wilcoxon test, drawn P <0.05, explain the differences before and after treatment were stati-stically significant.3. Compared the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale total score and each symptom scores before and after treatment,there were significantly different for difficulty degree of the quality of sleep and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05). But the total integral score of sleep efficiency 、 sleep duration 、 sleep time and sleep disorder have no significant difference(P>0.05)。Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Yangxue Rougan Anshen decoction in curing Parkinson’s disease with insomniais is exact. There has no significant difference in the clinical efficacy, but has speciall efficacy in the quality of sleep and daytime dysfunction than the control group with zopiclone pills. It showes that the Yangxue Rougan Anshen decoction could comparable to the zopiclone pills.It is a good way to treat PD with insomnia that has high security and no clinical side effects.
