To Practice And Study The Comprehensive Putum Drainage Pattern In Pneumonia Patients

Objective: To explore a new mode of sputum excretion for pneumonia patients, completing the practical operation of the new mode, reducing the clinical nursing problems that simple traditional operation isn’t specific, resulted in the decrease of temperature effect isn’t obvious enough, positive detection rate of sputum fungus is lower. And then, to standardize the operation of sputum excretion for pneumonia patients, to improve the effect of pneumonia, relieve a cough, making the pneumonia patients to sputum excretion more smoothly.Methods: choosing 134 patients aged between 40 to 70 years old as studied as the research object who was diagnosed as pneumonia by respiratory medicine of the first clinical hospital of Jilin University from March to December, 2014. Take the method of randomized controlled trials, the 134 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, standardized training of nursing personnel participating in the clinical trials, the observation group using "comprehensive expectoration" mode, control group using the traditional Sputum Ejection model, with 5 days observation and record everyday the patient’s body temperature, amount of sputum, sputum culture fungus positive results, patients with cough is easing whether or not, sputum results, etc. compares two groups of differences in the above indexes.Results: The two groups of temperature in patients with pneumonia in 2, 3, 4 days of difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The fluctuation of experimental group patients with pneumonia temperature pneumonia patients were more obviously than the control group; Comparing the two groups sputum volume, the difference in the 5th day was statistically significant(P<0.05); According to the three times of sputum culture positive detection results, the positive detection rate of the 2nd times was higher than the positive detection rate of control group patients with pneumonia, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); In the situation cough ease, compared the result the experimental group and control group was statistically significant differences(P<0.05); The differences of sputum excretion effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: " comprehensive sputum drainage pattern " is more conducive to patients with pneumonia expectoration than the traditional pattern; the pneumonia patients using " comprehensive sputum drainage pattern” cooling effect is better than the traditional pattern in 2-5 days; the pneumonia patients using " comprehensive sputum drainage pattern" sputum expectoration volume is higher than that of the traditional sputum mode in the 5 day, The positive rate of sputum specimen with the "comprehensive expectoration model" improved than traditional sputum mode specimens at the same time.
