Objective:The aim of the study was to observe the sputum-ching Ning inhalation treatment of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with the material content of p and its clinical efficacy.Explore the treatment of severe community-acquired pneumonia in rats.Method:Inclusion criteria would be in line with the 60 cases of severe community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,treatment group given conventional western medicine treatment and sputum clearance Ning inhalation treatment,the control group given conventional treatment of western medicine.Each of the 30 cases, respectively,before and after treatment p substances measured in two weeks, at the same time to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:After one week of treatment,two groups of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with symptoms have improved(p<0.05),and the treatment group to improve the symptoms become more pronounced.P after treatment of the material content of the two groups were lower compared with before treatment there is significant difference(P<0.01).Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment is also very significant difference(P<0.01),that two groups of patients with substance p in blood decreased,and the treatment group significantly reduced.Conclusion:1.Ning-ching 1 nebulized treatment of sputum with the improvement of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with the role of symptoms.2.Sputum clearance allows Ning severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with p-material content compared with the control group to reduce the more obvious.3.Chinese medicine for treatment of severe inhalation pneumonia in patients with community-acquired superiority.
