The Related Research Of Sputum-Chingning On Efficiency And IL-6,IL-10 Of Scap Patients

Objective: The aim of the study was to observe the effects of the sputum-chingNing on IL-6 and IL-10 levels in patients with Severe community-acquired pneumonia.Method: Sixty SCAP patients were randomly divided into two groups, the one is normal sodium and western medicine remedy group(n=30) , and the another is sputum-chingNing and western medicine remedy group(n=30) Respectively, before and after treatment IL-6 and IL-10 measured in one weeks, at the same time to observe the clinical efficacy. And the traditional Chinese medicine symptom of all patients were detected before and after one weeks formally.Results: After one of treatment, two groups of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with symptoms have improved(p<0.05), and the treatment group to improve the symptoms become more pronounced. IL-6 and IL-10 after treatment of the material content of the two groups were reduced compared with before treatment there is significant difference (P<0.01). Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment is also very significant difference(P<0.01), that two groups of patients with IL-6 and IL-10 in blood decreased, and the treatment group significantly reduced.Conclusion: 1 Ning-ching nebulized treatment of sputum with the improvement of severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with the role of symptoms.2 Sputum clearance allows Ning severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients with IL-6 and IL-10 content compared with the control group to reduced the more obvious.3 Chinese medicine for treatment of severe inhalation pneumonia in patients with community-acquired superiority.
