The Study Of Therapeutic Effect Of Back Acupuncture Cupping Therapy On The Absorption Of Sputum In Children With Pneumonia

ObjectiveTo observe the changes of symptoms and signs,especially the voice of the lungs in children with pneumonia,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating children with pneumonia.MethodsThis study collected 62 children from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to February 2019.The 62 children who met the diagnostic criteria for children with pneumonia in western medicine were divided into observation group(31 cases,treatment group,31 cases according to parents’ wishes)..The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine+cupping of the back acupuncture points,and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine+external application of the back Chinese medicine.By comparing the main syndrome scores before and after treatment(fever,cough,throat snoring,shortness of breath,snoring),secondary syndrome(nasal congestion,salivation,poor appetite,distress,stool,urination,The comparison of the scores of the tongue,the total score and the number of days of disappearance of the lungs,and the clinical efficacy of the back-cup acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of symptoms and signs of children with pneumonia,especially the lungs.ResultsBefore and after treatment,the main syndrome scores,secondary syndrome scores and overall scores were compared between the observation group and the control group.The corresponding scores before and after treatment(except the chest radiograph)were significantly reduced,and the differences were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference between the control group,the main syndrome score,the secondary syndrome score and the overall score after treatment,indicating that the two groups were equally effective.In the two days of disappearance of the voices,there was a statistically significant difference in the number of days of disappearance of the voices in the two groups,and the number of days of disappearance of the voices in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group.ConclusionThe cupping of the back acupuncture points and the external application of the Chinese herbal medicine on the back are quite effective in the adjuvant treatment of pneumonia in children.However,the cupping of the back acupuncture points is better than the external application of the back Chinese medicine,and the operation is convenient and the adverse reactions are small,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
