The Literature Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of Depression To Choose Acupuncture Point Formula

Purpose: Consult literature and statistics, summarize and analyze the clinical commonly used effective acupuncture point acupuncture treatment of depression, and classifying the common points of the summary statistics, looking for the selected point prescription of acupuncture treatment of depression. Explore conforms to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment of depression to choose acupuncture point formula rule and basic characteristics.Method: based on our university library outsourcing of China hownet database, d PuZhongWen periodical database, Chinese biomedical literature database, and connecting with the library collection of our school books ShouJian work, domestic retrieval in 2006-2006 published reports about the document of acupuncture treatment of depression, after retrieving the system arrange, the common points of this paper statistics and classified, and the commonly used clinical depression dialectical classification for statistical distribution point, thus acupoints selection of acupuncture in treating on treatment of depression, and find its characteristics. At last, explore the basic formula rule on treatment of depression, which meets the principle of Chinese medicine.Result:Retrieved 189 references which confirmed our rules in total, which can be counted from high to low according using frequency among San Yinjiao(48,25.4%), Zu Sanli(37,19.6%),BaihuiAcupoint(33,17.5%),NeiGuan(27,14.3%),Taixi(24,12.7%),Yintang(23,12.2%),Pishu(20,10.6%),Xingjian(17,9.0%),SiShencong(15,8.0%),Qimen(15,8.0%),Zhongw an(15,8.0%),Taichong(15,8.0%),Ganyu(13,6.9%),Hegu(11,5.8%),Shenmen(9,4.8%),Xiaxi(9,4.8%),Tanzhong(9,4.8%),Shenyu(7,3.7%), Fengchi(5,2.6%), Zhaohai(4,2.1%). Through data, higher frequency of meridians acupoints are spleen, foot, yangming foot and du meridian, Shou Shaoyin heart meridian and Shou Jueyin pericardium channel.Conclusion: Through this research, we see that acupuncture treatment of depression is based on selection of acupoints, which mainly focus on the meridian of ZU Sanyin spleen, Zu yangming foot, du meridian, Shou Shaoyin heart meridian and Shou Jueyin pericardium channel. Commonly used acupuncture points are San Yinjiao, Zu Sanli, Shenmen, Neiguan, Baihui.
