The Literature Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of Depression Dialectical Treatment

With the development of science and technology,people are faced with more and more pressure,and the incidence of depression increases gradually.Acupuncture and moxibustion has made great progress in the treatment of depression,and it has the characteristics of simple,convenient,inexpensive and effective.But it is can be found that the acupuncture treatment of depression have some deficiencies like the lack of uniform standards of diagnosis and treatment,no principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation standard,mostly acupoint selection depending on experiencein the clinical application and research.Therefore,It is very important to summarize the rule of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the future clinical practice.Objective:Through the retrieval and collation of statistical literature,summarize commonly used syndrome differentiations of depression about clinical acupuncture treatment and then classify and analyze statistics to summarize the principle of the acupuncture treatment based on syndrome differentiation of depression.So as to draw the principle of the acupuncture treatment based on syndrome differentiation of depression in accordance with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,to provide a basis for clinical.Methods:Through the integration of of our school library outsourcing of CNKI database and VIP Chinese Journal Database,Weipu periodical resources service system,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,Wanfang medicine,TCM online database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Unihan ancient books database,superstar Duxiu database for inspection machine,combined with manual inspection work of our school library books,search literatures reporing about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression in China during 2005-2014,and systematically sort out retrieval results.Count and classify common syndromes and acupoints,and then summarize draw the principle of the acupuncture treatment based on syndrome differentiation of depression.Results:A total of 514 articles were retrieved,of which 105 were in accordance with the standard,and statistics was made to fingured out the commonly used syndrome differentiations and acupoints by frequency.The data it is can be found that the commonly used syndrome differentiations in the literature of TCM include stagnation of liver qi,deficiency of both heart and spleen,stagnation of liver Qi with deficiency of the spleen syndrome and yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Using the software to analyze of the common used acupoints oand display them in the network diagram.Some new acupoint formulas has been concluded.Conclusions:In this research it has been summarized commonly used syndrome differentiations of acupuncture in the treatment of depression in modern literature and the principle of acupoint application in each syndrome and some new acupoint formulas has been concluded.
