Preliminary Study On The Regularity Of Acupuncture Point Selection In Ancient And Modern Times For Post-stroke Depression

Objective: To summarize the characteristics of acupoint selection and explore the law of development and changes through the study of acupuncture and moxibustion selection rules of post-stroke depression in ancient literature and modern literature in recent 20 years to provide experience summary for acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression.Method: The modern literature is based on the databases of(CNKI),VIP(VIP),Wanfang(WF)and PUBMED to search for the kinds of literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke depression in the past 20 years.The kinds of literature were introduced into the endnote for screening,and the included documents were recorded in the EXCEL table.The frequency of acupoints,meridian tropism and specific acupoints were counted,respectively,and correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.The study of ancient literature is based on the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code,taking acupuncture treatment of "stroke" and "depression" as the screening condition,searching in acupuncture and massage medical books,recording the selected articles in the EXCEL table,and counting the frequency of acupoints,meridian tropism and specific acupoints respectively.Results:1.Results of modern literature retrieval.The main results are as follows:(1)A total of 68 pieces of literature were included,and the total frequency of acupoints was 521,involving 86 acupoints,covering 13 meridians.(2)from the analysis of the frequency of single acupoint use,the acupoints with the highest frequency are Baihui,Taichong,Neiguan,Sishen Cong,Shenmen,Sanyinjiao,Yintang,Shenting,Shuigou,Zusanli,Xinshu,Hegu,Shangxing,Fenglong,Shenshu,Taixi,Pishu and Luzhong.(3)according to the meridian tropism analysis at acupoints,the meridians of du Meridian,foot Sun bladder Meridian and hand Jueyin pericardial Meridian appeared most frequently,while the Sanjiao Meridian of hand Shaoyang appeared only once.(4)from the analysis of specific acupoints,the most frequently used acupoints are Wusu acupoint,original acupoint,Beishu acupoint and Luo acupoint.(5)from the analysis of the distribution of acupoints,the frequency of acupoints in the four limbs and head and neck is relatively high.According to the correlation cluster analysis results,the compatibility of the two acupoints is mainly Baihui-Shenting,Baihui-Yintang,Baihui-Hegu,Baihui-Sishencong,Baihui-Shenmen,and the three acupoints are mainly Sanyinjiao-Neiguan-Baihui,Sishen Cong-Shenmen-Baihui,Sishen Cong-Neiguan-Baihui,Taichong-Neiguan-Baihui.2.Search results of ancient documents.The main contents are as follows:(1)49 articles have been included after screening,and the works are mainly distributed in the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty.(2)there are 16 acupoints.According to the frequency,they are Baihui,Xinshu,Laogong,Fengfu,Zhaohai,Neiguan,Shangxing,Tianfu,carpal bone,Daling,Fengmen,Xing,Quchi,dangling,liquid gate,Zhongchong.(3)according to the acupoint meridian tropism analysis,the meridians with higher frequency were governor meridian,hand Jueyin pericardial meridian and foot sun bladder meridian.(4)in the analysis of specific acupoints,the Wusu acupoints(Ying acupoint,Jing acupoint,he acupoint)and Bamaijiaohui acupoint are the most frequently used.(5)from the analysis of the distribution of acupoints,the frequency of acupoints in the four limbs and head and neck is relatively high.Conclusion:1.Post-stroke depression modern acupuncture points are mainly Baihui,Taichong,Neiguan,Sishencong,and the Du Channel and Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian are the main points.The acupuncture sites are mainly the head and limbs,and specific acupoints.The main points are Wushu,Yuan and Luo points,and the multiple points are compatible.2.The ancient acupuncture points for post-stroke depression are mainly Baihui,Xinshu,Laogong,and wrist bones,and mainly include the Du Channel and Hand Jueyin Pericardium Meridian.The acupuncture points are concentrated on the head and limbs,and specific acupoints are selected.Five Shu points and Eight Meridian junction points are the main points,and the selection of acupoints is often a single point.3.Modern acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of post-stroke depression not only uses ancient experience,but also develops new ones on the basis of ancient experience,and finds new compatibility suitable for modern social treatment.
