Clinical Study Of Haimoto’s Thyroditis(Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney,Phlegm、Blood Stasis And Toxin Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)Based On The Theory Of Collateral Disease

Purpose:Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) collateral disease theory,the use of spleen qi, kidney yang,phlegm meridians detoxification treatment of hypothyroidism in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety,and to network with Chinese medicine collateral disease theoretical perspective as a starting point to explore the prevention and treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis Chinese medicine theory,provide better theoretical basis for clinical and therapeutic methods.Method:This study followed the random, control principle, observation of 60 cases of Hashimoto’sthyroiditis with hypothyroidism, and TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen kidney yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals poison.According to the random number table divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases.The control group received basic treatment, while giving oral euthyrox; the treatment group on the basis of the above treatment combined with oral TongLuoJieDu Xiaoying Decoction.Observation of two courses,namely twelve weeks. All patients were measured before and after treatment of thyroid hormones (FT3, FT4, TSH), thyroid autoantibodies (TPOAb, TGAb),goiter assess the extent and symptom scores.Safety and efficacy assessment after the end of the trial.Result:TongLuoJieDu Xiaoying decoction combined with Euthyrox treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,hypothyroidism reduce TPOAb, TGAb,TSH,elevated FT4,reduce thyroid volume, improve clinical symptoms and reduce the amount of other aspects of Euthyrox than the control group (simple application euthyrox) has obvious advantages (P <0.05).The clinical curative effect is good, and no side effects in clinical observation.Conclusion:Spleen qi, kidney yang, phlegm meridians detoxification treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, not only can improve the clinical symptoms,but also to reduce autoimmunity, regulate thyroid hormone levels, reduce the amount of euthyrox, etc.and thus delay the disease. Throughout the course of autoimmune Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, in line with traditional Chinese medicine theory collaterals poison damage. This study provide certain clinical basis for Chinese medicine treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. May proceed in the future from the perspective of collateral disease theory further study focused observationimmunological parameters, for prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine to provide new ideas and new approaches to the disease.
