Clinical Effect Observation Of QingYingHuaTan Decoction In The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

Purpose:Through the comparative study with western medicine treatment, the objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine QingYingHuaTan Decoction on the treatment of liver qi depression and phlegm stasis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of curative effect, discuss the influence of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of the disease and indicators, and provide new ideas,a new method and theoretical basis for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of the disease. Methods:Based on the principle of randomized,the autho randomly divided 38 patients into two groups,who are consistent with liver qi depression and phlegm stasis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,The treatment group(19cases)and control group(19cases).The control group of conventional western medicine treatment,Treatment group was added with QingYingHuaTan Decoction,Treatment for 3 months. Before and after treatment, respectively, the evaluation of TCM syndrome score,thyroid function,thyroid autoantibodies drop degree,thyroid isthmus,thickness etc.all data via SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical processing,analyzed the efficacy of treatment. Results:Before treatment, two groups of gender, age, duration of statistical analysis of baseline data showed no significant difference, comparable(P>0.05).After treatment:①the improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome: treatment group, the clinical total effective rate was 94.74%, control group, the total clinical effective rate was 63.2%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, P<0.01.②Thyroid function: comparison of FT3, FT4, TSH in two groups before and after treatment, FT3, FT4 average levels were decreased slightly, the gap is not significant decline, the mean levels of TSH were decreased, but the within group and between group P was greater than 0.05, no statistical significance.③Thyroid autoantibody titers: two groups of ATG, ATPO were decreased, the treatment group decreased more than the control group, P<0.01.④The thyroid isthmus thickness: two groups after treatment of thyroid thickness decreased, the treatment group reduced significantly greater than the control group, P<0.01 group.⑤Safety: the two groups were no adverse reactions and side effects. Conclusion:Application of QingYingHuaTan Decoction in improving TCM syndrome, thyroid autoantibody titers and thyroid isthmus thickness were better than the control group. The proof by Clearing Liver and eliminating phlegm method for the purpose of QingYingHuaTan Decoction can regulate immune function, lead to autoimmune factors in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis has definite therapeutic effect.
