| Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Decoction Huatan Sanjie and selenium yeast together to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients with clinical efficacy, as well as patients with target-related effects of the laboratory, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical use.Methods:1. Clinical data:All research patients date from March 2014-February 2015 the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM clinic and hospital, a total of 60 cases in accordance with the inclusive criteria, All genders, Age 18-60, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. During treatment the treatment group fall off 1 case, remaining a total of 59 cases, including 29 cases in treatment group and control group 30 cases. Treatment group and control group of patients with gender, age, course of disease, clinical manifestations, thyroid hormone levels, thyroid antibody levels, goiter, TCM symptom score, there is no significant difference (P>0.05).2.The medical method:Both groups were treated with selenium yeast 50-150ug, daily oral 1, treatment group treated with Decoction Huatan Sanjie(Herbal composition:Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata, Semen Brassicae, Radix Bupleuri, Selfheal, Curcuma Zedoaria, Trogopterus Dung, Ligustrum Lucidum, Chinese yam, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), one dose a day, each time about 100ml, be taken warm three times a day after meals. Treatment continuous administration for 6 days, one day off, continuous such therapy for 2 months.3. Clinical Observation:3.1 The main clinical symtoms:Clinical visible drowsiness, intolerance of cold, fatigue, anorexia, defecate false god, symptoms such as irritability, record once every two weeks.3.2 Clinically relevant signs:goiter, observe and record every two weeks at a time.3.3 Relevant laboratory indicators:thyroid function:serum free thyroid original three iodine glycine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), and the inspection before and after the treatment. Thyroid related antibodies:thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb), thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), and the inspection before and after the treatment.4. Safety observation:4.1 General inspection:blood pressure, heart rate, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine;Liver and kidney function;Check a 4 weeks respectively.4.2 Observation records patients have any discomfort after taking this medicine.5.Statistical method:using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software, measurement data using mean±standard deviation (x ± s) said, using t test, variance is the adoption of rank and inspection;Count data using X2 test;The Ridit analysis level data.:difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Results:1. Compare two groups of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment group total effectiveness 89.65%, control group total effective rate was 70%.The Ridit analysis, the treatment group and control group have significant difference, compared (P<0.05).2. Compare two groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, by t test, the treatment group and control group before and after treatment the symptoms were improved, the treatment group in improving the neck swelling, loss of appetite, have extremely significant difference, (P<0.01).3. Thyroid function before and after the treatment, the treatment group and control group can lower thyroid stimulating hormone levels, by t test, the treatment group and control group had significant difference before and after treatment, P<0.05, compared the significant difference between groups after treatment, P<0.05;Thyroid hormone levels can maintain the stable level.4. Improve immune indicators, the two groups before treatment than TgAb, TPOAb no statistical significance, P>0.05, after treatment, the rank and inspection, the treatment group had significant difference before and after treatment, P<0.01, there are differences between the control group before and after treatment, P<0.05, the more differences between groups after treatment, (P<0.05).5. Adverse reactions:treatment group and control group did not find any adverse reaction.Conclusions:The experimental results show that:Compound Decoction Huatan Sanjie and selenium yeast together to hashimoto’s thyroiditis has good curative effect, can not only improve the symptom of the hashimoto thyroid, significantly reducing goiter, especially is significant in reducing the immunological indexes, and can prevent hashimoto to clinical thyroid Jiajian, Jiajian development. In the process of medication, the liver, kidney and blood routine no effect, found no side effects, and brings out the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, is a safe and effective treatment method, is worthy of clinical promotion. |
