The Clinical Study Of Using Acupuncture Based On Combination Of Yuan And Luo Points Method And Psychological Dredge Therapy Cognitive Therapy On Depression Of The Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect of Yuan-luo plus point acupuncture combined with psychological dredging therapy on depression of stagnation of liver-qi type.Methods:In this study,60 patients with liver-qi depression were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese medicine from February 2019 to February 2020.The patients were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and Control Group(30 cases).On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with psychological counseling,while the control group was only given the same acupuncture treatment as the treatment group.By observing the scores of Hamiliton depression scale before treatment,after 1 course of treatment,after 2courses of treatment,and before and after treatment,compare the curative Effect Difference Between the Treatment Group and the Control Group and make the curative effect judgment.Results:1.The HAMD score of 1 course,2 course and pre-treatment was P < 0.05,and the HAMD score of 2 course and 1 course after treatment was P < 0.05,which had statistical significance.There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before Treatment(P > 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05)and after two courses(P < 0.05).2.The scores of TCM symptom scale before treatment were compared between the two groups,the results showed(z=-0.855,p =0.392 > 0.05),the results were not statistically significant and comparable;The scores of TCM symptom scale before treatment and after treatment were P < 0.05 in both groups,which had statistical significance.3.In the treatment group,the effective rate was 76.67%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%;in the control group,the effective rate was 53.33%,and the total effective rate was 83.33% The curative effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.The treatment of depression of liver-qi stagnation type by yuan-luo plus point acupuncture combined with psychological dredging therapy and simple yuan-luo plus point acupuncture has certain curative effect,which can alleviate the depressive symptoms of patients and improve their physical and mental conditions,and The curative effect of 2courses of treatment is better than 1 course.2.The curative effect of one course of treatment of depression of stagnation of liver-qi type is similar to that of simple yuan-luo acupuncture,but it is better than that of simple yuan-luo acupuncture for 2 courses.It shows that acupuncture combined with psychotherapy has more advantages in prolonging the course of treatment.
