| Objective:evaluating the clinical outcomes of compound ruyiheibaisan of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of vitiligo.Method:using random method in clinical research, selecting qubaibabuqipian as the positive control, For efficacy evaluation,observing improved condition of the VASI number before and after treatment of63patients suffered from vilitigo with the prescription of ruyiheibaisan of traditional Chinese medicine.The period of treatment was3months.Result:the VASI number of therapy group improves obviously after2months of treatment (P<0.05), and there is a significant difference after3months of treatment (P<0.01), the total effective rate reaches71.88%, the therapeutic effectiveness is better than the control group。Conclusion:Ruyiheibaisan of traditional Chinese medicine could reduce the vitiligo area severity index (VASI) of patients suffered from vitiligo evidently.Ruyiheibaisan is the efficacious compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for remedying against vitiligo. |
