Several cases of intestinal lesions detected 72 cases, the total lesion detection rate was 70.6%, lesion types, including vascular malformations in 39 cases,8 cases of intestinal tumors, ulcers seven cases, lymphangiectasia seven cases, three cases of Crohn’s disease, inflammation four cases, two cases of diverticulitis, polyps,1 case,1 case of follicular hyperplasia. Group obscure gastrointestinal bleeding and unexplained chronic abdominal pain group lesion detection rate was 85.5% and 52.9% respectively. Unexplained gastrointestinal bleeding, chronic abdominal pain group than in the group with unexplained lesion detection rate, the difference statistically significant (= 15.78, P=0.03<0.05).Summary:capsule endoscopy is a safe, noninvasive, simple, direct view of the digestive tract examination methods, detection of intestinal lesions have a higher capacity, especially for obscure gastrointestinal bleeding have higher diagnostic value as preferred method of examination intestinal diseases.
