Objective Through experimental study with therapeutic communication system(TCS) in postoperative breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in hospital by intervention and to explore the effect of TCS on quality of life and social support in postoperative breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods 104 postoperative breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in the PLA 163 hospital were recruited continuous and randomly divided into intervention group(52 cases) and control group(52 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing care,health education and clinical common communication,on the basis of this,the intervention group was accepting the TCS intervention for two weeks continuous.The researchers compared two groups ’quality of life and social support before and after intervention according to the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy 4.0(FACT 4.0)and the Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS).The research data were parallel double entried by Epidata and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Use frequency mean and standard described the demographic data and clinical data; Baseline comparison of the variables in the patients was used chi-square,independent sample t-test,Pearson correlation analysis;Use single factor variance analysis and LSD multiplecomparison method described the factors influencing the patients quality of life and social support was,the comparison of life quality and social support scores between the two groups patients was used two independent sample t test.Results 1.Before intervention,104 patients’ score of quality of life(73.72±14.37) and social support(41.49±7.03) were below average level and were positively correlated(r=0.354,p<0.01).2.The indicators are no significant differences between two groups of patients, two weeks after the TCS intervention, intervention group in the quality of life scores(86.98±12.24),physical status(19.90±3.81), emotional and physical activity status(13.73±2.30), functional status(12.96±4.12), additional features four dimension score(25.71±3.05) were higher than the control group, also higher than that of before intervention, between group and contrast group difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).3.After the intervention, intervention group in the total score of the social support(p = 0.015) and the objective support score were higher than control group(p = 0.003), and also higher than that of before intervention, between groups and groups within the comparison results show that the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion 1.The level of Postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer patients’ quality of life and social support score was below the average.2.TCS has a positive effect on the improvement of the level in the quality of life and the social support in patients;3. TCS is superior to the traditional health education, it is an effective mode of clinical intervention,can promote the exchange and communicaTion between nurses and patients,also can make the patients be actively involved in the treatment of diseases.
