Breast cancer is seriously endangering the health of women's physical and mental illnesses. In recent years, the incidence of breast cancer is rising and becoming younger and younger. The comprehensive treatment of breast cancer patients has significant Efficacy, it can prolong the survival period, but the side effects of treatment with tremendous physical and psychological damage. So the research on quality of life in patients receives much concern. Stress events in the face of breast cancer patients choose to positive or negative coping styles, social support and breast cancer in the situation closely, but also affect the quality of life in breast cancer patients. Therefore, the investigation of social support in patients with breast cancer, coping styles, quality of life, analyze its characteristics and its influencing factors to explore the relationship among the three, to improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer and improve breast cancer care model of great significance.ObjectiveInvestigate patients with breast cancer social support, coping style, quality of life conditions and to analyze its characteristics and influencing factors to explore the relationship among the three to find the breast cancer patient care service delivery model to improve the direction, in order to improve the quality of life in patients with breast cancer and breast cancer patients psychological care and health education to provide reference results.MethodsIn this study, by the patient's general information, medical response to the questionnaire, social support and quality of life questionnaire a composite questionnaire survey of June 2009 to September S & P outside the clinic at Jilin University, Jilin Provincial Tumor Hospital Center and the Breast Cancer modified radical mastectomy in patients with concurrent chemotherapy conducted a questionnaire survey questionnaires will be collected using EpiData qualified to establish a database and make data entry. Using the appropriate statistical analysis software SPSS12.0 analyze social support, coping style and quality of life. The groups were compared using analysis of variance or t test was used to analyze the relationship between Spearman rank correlations.Results(1) Breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, "face", "evasive" and two kinds of coping style scores higher than the general female patients (t=5.26, P<0.001; t=11.87, P<0.001), but the "surrender" scores lower than the general female patients (t=3.83, P<0.001); patients in the face of coping style dimension scores in age, education level, work status, religious belief and the current chemotherapy treatment there was significant difference (P<0.05); to avoid dimension scores in literacy, this course of chemotherapy, there was significant difference (P<0.05); yielding dimension scores in age, marital status, chemotherapy, radiation therapy before they exist significant differences (P<0.05).(2) Patients with a total score of social support, objective support for scoring, support the use of the degree are in the middle level; and support of patients with subjective scores at the higher level. Social support of patients is scale score in the age, education, family income, work status, marital status, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy before they exist significant differences (P<0.05); objective support dimensions scores in age, educational level, family income, work status, marital status, this chemotherapy treatments and radiation therapy before chemotherapy, there is a significant difference (P<0.05); subjective support dimension scores in age, educational level, family monthly income, work status, marital status, religion, medical expenses, payment methods, this course of chemotherapy, there was significant difference (P<0.05); support the use of degree of dimension scores in age, marital status, family history of breast cancer in There was a significant difference (P <0.05).(3) Quality of life in patients with an average total score is divided into at a high level, the social dimension of family status in the middle-high level, physical condition, functional status, emotional status and additional interest at a moderate level of average dimensions. Quality of life in patients with total score in age, education level, work status, marital status and whether or radiation therapy before chemotherapy exist significant differences (P<0.05); physiological dimension scores in age, ethnicity, work status, religion, beliefs and aspects of radiotherapy before chemotherapy if there was a significant difference (P<0.05); patients with social and family status of the dimension scores in age, family income, work status and marital status there was a significant difference (P<0.05); emotional status dimension scores in age, education level, marital status and whether or radiation therapy before chemotherapy exist significant differences (P<0.05); functional status of the dimension scores in age, work status and marital status there was a significant difference (P<0.05); additional attention to the dimension scores in education, marital status and whether or radiation therapy before chemotherapy exist significant differences (P <0.05).(4) Coping in the face of breast cancer patients with the objective to support and support for total score was positively correlated(rs=0.161, P<0.05); avoided with the objective to support and supporting the use of a positive correlation between the degree of(rs=0.128, P<0.05); yield and objective support, subjective support, support utilization and support for the existence of a negative correlation total score(rs= -0.195, rs= -0.424, rs= -0.176, rs= -0.302, P<0.05). Coping in the face and the physical condition, social and family status, emotional status and quality of life between the total score was positively correlated(rs=0.165,rs=0.207,rs=0.161, rs=0.227, P<0.05); avoided and the additional concern about the quality of life total score were all positive correlation(rs=0.173, rs=0.128,P<0.05); yield and physiological status, social and family status, emotional status, functional status, additional attention and quality of life total score had negative correlation between the(rs=-0.600,rs= -0.431, rs= -0.715, rs= -0.254, rs= -0.471,rs= -0.734,P<0.05). Social support in the objective support, subjective support scale total score and physical condition, social and family status, emotional status, functional status, additional attention and quality of life between the total score was positively correlated(rs=0.170,rs=0.248,rs=0.201, rs=0.212, rs=0.261,rs=0.286,P<0.05); social support scale total score and physical condition, social and family status, emotional status, functional status, additional attention and quality of life between the total score was positively correlated(rs=0.230,rs=0.526,rs=0.364, rs=0.354, rs=0.214,rs=0.410,P<0.05); support the utilization and physical condition, social and family status, functional status, additional attention and quality of life between the total score was positively correlated(rs=0.197,rs=0.258,rs=0.273,rs=0.257, rs=0.241,P<0.05).ConclusionsCoping with chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer analysis results indicate that breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy have better coping style, the patient's coping style by the patient's age, education level, work status, marital status, religious belief, this chemotherapy treatment and chemotherapy before they radiotherapy in a number of factors such as the impact; social support situation analysis, the breast cancer social support scale total score, subjective support, and scoring at a high level of objective support and support utilization dimension scores at the middle level, suggesting that should be strengthened patients to support the use of, the patient's social support of patients mainly affected by patient's age, education level, family income, work status, marital status, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and chemotherapy before they impact of such factors; breast cancer patients quality of life in the amount of Table Total at a high level, physical condition, functional status and emotional dimensions of average conditions in the middle level; patient's age, work status, marital status and whether he had radiation therapy before chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer primarily affects quality of life factor; breast cancer patients coping style, social support and quality of life there exists an obvious relationship between; study results suggest that breast cancer patients in the care process should pay attention to breast cancer patients coping style assessment, psychological counseling and patient's social support for situation analysis, and actively take care and intervention strategies to improve patient's quality of life.
