| ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect and safety of the gu long capsule in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and provide the basis for its clinical application.MethodsArandomized, control methods, a total of 28 cases of patients included in observational studies, they were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group,14 cases each. The control group was treated with DMARDs. The treatment group was treated with DMARDs plus the gu long capsule.Observation of treatment for 12weeks. once every four weeks the efficacy and safety evaluation of the over all course of treatment after the end of the evaluation.To ACR20,50,70 to improve the standards of evaluation of the two groups of disease effects, observed indicators including DAS28, painscore, as well as acute reaction, symptoms and signs, relevant laboratory tests and safety indicators. Observation of safety including adverse events and abnormal laboratory analysis.ResultsIn the total effect, the treatment group in the course of treatment for 4weeks,8weeks, 12weeks when the disease effects of total effectiverates were 57.14%、71.43%、85.71%,; and the control group in the course of treatment for 4weeks,8weeks,12weeks when the disease effects of total effectiverates were35.71、42.86%%、64.29%. In 12 weeks time, curative effects of two groups were increased with the extension of treatment. The total efficiency of treatment group compared with the control groupthere was significant difference at week 12 (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.In the index of curative effect, the treatment group in treatment 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks compared with before treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). The control group in 4 weeks during morning stiffness time scorecompared with before treatment there was no significant difference(P>0.05), and in the course of 8 weeks,12 weeks, there was significant difference (P<0.05). Doctor of disease score and joint pain, joint swelling,pain score, the number of patients with the disease score in the treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks compared with before treatment there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Joint pain, time of morning stifness,pain scores at 4 weeks, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05), and in 8 weeks,12 Zhou Zeyou was significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. The number of swollen joints, HAQ points in the course of 4 weeks,8 weeks, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05), and at 12 weeks, there was significant difference (P＜0.05), the treatment group than the control group. The two group at each time point, the effect indicators have improved significantly, withlonger treatment time and improve the rate ofincrease. Comparison of the clinical disease activity index before and after treatment, such as RF, ESR, CRP were decreased after the treatment of the disease activity index of reaction.Safety in the treatment group and control group before and after treatment of blood ureanitrogen, serumcreatinine was no significant difference. Two groups of abnormal reaction of the digestivetr act,whitebloodcells, alaninea minotransferase.aspartatea minotransferas impact:the completion of a 12week course of RA patients, the treatment group compared with the control group there was significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.ConclusionsThe gu long capsule has good therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis,not only curative effect, high safety, less adverse reaction, is an effective drug in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Not only has a good curative effect in remission in patients with joint pain, improve joint function, but also effectively alleviate soreness and weakness of waist and knees and other symptoms, it is worthy of clinical application. |
