| Objective :To observe the efficacy and safety of Bi Ning Capsule in treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis (The Style of spleen–asthenia with excessive damp while pathogen wind locking the collaterals ), and definite the dosage of clinical medication on this foundation .Methods :The randomized , double–blind and compared with masc-medicine methods were adopt ,88 patients of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) were divided into the experiement group (66 patients treated with BiNing capsule,oral ,4 pill ,three times a day) and the control group (22 patients treatedwith FengshiShengyao cpsule ,oral ,4 pill ,three times a day).The duration of treatment of both group group was 8 weeks .Results : Two group could improve the single entry symptom . The effect rate was 83.33% in group Bi Ning capsule ,while 68.18% in the control ,and the total effect rate of the traditional Chinese medical syndromes was 84.84% in the treatment group ,while 68.18% in the control .Effective powers assessed with disease curative effect and syndromes of curative effect in both group showed no statistics difference ,P>0.05. No severe side effect was found in the treatment group .Conclusion :The clinical effects of treatment with Bi Ning capsule in RA were confirmed .In range of oral–administrative dosage and indication ,Bi Ning capsule is the safe and effective drug .
