Mongolian Medicine Fengtongling Capsule In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical Trials To Evaluate The Efficacy And Safety

Objective: to approach the clinical study of 1 randomized, parallel positive drugcontrol, and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fengtongling capsules in the treatmentof rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: 60 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used f m Tero Solo Finn Na dispersible tablets plus wind pain capsule, control group with Mitgalosolofina dispersible tablets. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(DAS28) changes of symptoms of comprehensive evaluation of their disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis signs and symptoms of the subjects of Mongolian medicine. After 0 weeks, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks to do a ESR(ESR, Wei Shifa) and rheumatoid factor(RF) and C reactive protein(CRP), complement C3, complement C4, blood routine, urine routine, liver function(ALT, AST, ALP, TP, TBIL), renal function(BUN, Cr).Results: the treatment group(DAS28) subjects comprehensive evaluation of disease activity in the marked effective rate was 60%, total effective rate was 86.66%, the control group was 23.33%, the total effective rate was 70%, treatment group and control group all have curative effect, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). The Mongolian Medical Syndrome curative effect of treatment group was 50%, the total effective rate was 83.33%, the control group was 16.66%, the total effective rate was 53.33%, treatment group and control group all have curative effect, there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Before and after the rheumatoid arthritis associated symptoms and signs of improvement of the treatment group and the control group the efficacy significantly(P < 0.05), there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Blood routine, liver function(ALT, AST, ALP, TP, TBIL), renal function(BUN, Cr). No significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05), there were no obvious abnormal changes and other toxic side effects.Conclusion: Fengtongling capsule has certain therapeutic effect on rheumatoid arthritis, adverse reactions with further popularization and application value not found.
