Ginger phenol capsule treatment group and tripterygium glucosides control group each index is not statistically significant value (P>0.05).(2) The experimental results show that:Cinger phenol capsule group and tripterygium glucosides control group to CIA rats toes swelling degree、arthritis index、synovial and cartilage pathological changes and serum inflammatory factor TNF-a、IL-1and IL-1β expression have different degree of improvement.Conclusion:(1) Ginger phenol capsule can improve the clinical symptoms signs of RA patients and can improve blood sedimentation、C-reactive protein inflammatory index such as, and the curative effect is no obvious difference comparing to tripterygium glucosides.(2)Ginger phenol capsule can reduce CIA rats joint swelling degree、arthritis index, improve joint synovial vascular proliferation、inflammatory cell infiltration and cartilage prol iferat ion and can cut CIA rats serum TNF-a、IL-1、IL-1β、cells factor expression level.
