Observation Of Improvement About The Nutritional Status Of Patients With Crohn’s Situation Under Chinese Medicine Theory Guidance By Theory Of Method Of Invigorating The Spleen

Objective:To observe the improvement of the nutritional risk and the whole nutritional status of patients with Crohn’ s situation under Chinese medicine theory guidance by Theory of method of invigorating the spleen. analyze the advantage and the key point about Chinese medicine treatment,which guidance by Theory of method of invigorating the spleen, on Crohn’s. Aim to find a new thinking about Chinese medicine treatment on Crohn’s. To help improving the curative effect.Methods:Screen out 28 patients who vis frequent and have good compliance,make a evaluation on nutrition risk and the whole nutritional status before treatment begin. Then vis regular and every period last for 3 months, total 2 periods, after every period make the evaluation again.And analize the data after 2 periods. compare to the first evaluation, estimate the curative effect.Results:1. Weight and BMIWeight and BMI was increasing after 2 periods treatment.The scores of Weight and BMI were both increase after the first and the second period treatment, and these obvious differences make sense on statistic analyse (P=0.000<0.05).And the scores of Weight and BMI between the first and the second treatment cycle also show significant differences (P=0.000<0.05).2. The nutrition risk scoreThe score showed no obvious abnormality before the treatment. And the score make no sense on statistic analyse after the first and the second treatment cycle (P>0.05).3. The PG-SGA score4. Compare to pretherapy, the PG-SGA scores of the first and the second treatment cycle were reduce, and the differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). And The PG-SGA score after the second treatment cycle is lower than the score after the first treatment cycle, it shows statistical significance (P<0.05).Symptom score and active function score are the main reason that caused the reduce of the PG-SGA score.Conclusion:This study shows that Chinese medicine therapy guidance by Theory of method of invigorating the spleen make good effects to nutrition status of patients with Crohn’s disease. And the study was aim to explore theoretical research and therapeutic regimen that can provide new idea about chinses traditional treatment on Crohn’s disease. Through this study we know that, to improve the nutrition status maybe the breakthrough point to improve the curative effect about Chinese traditional treatment on Crohn’s disease.The theory and therapeutic regimen were used as a module for clinical, and it is easy to understand and use, which is propitious to generalize the use of the theory and therapeutic regimen. Therefore, the use of theory of method of invigorating the spleen on Crohn’s disease is worth further exploration and study.
