The Nutrition Therapy And The Rule Of Evolution About Traditional Chinese Medical Patterns In The Treatment Of Crohn’s Disease

Purpose:To study the distribution of TCM syndrome type before and after the nutritional support treatment of Crohn’s disease, and then explore the classification based on syndrome differentiation, analyzes and discusses the evolution of TCM syndrome types to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Crohn’s disease.Methods:Do the study by the prospective research methods and questionnaire information collection technology. The number of cases of the prospective study is62, the total number of cases is100. Collect the cases of Crohn’s disease patients treated by enteral nutrition support treatment, which before the treatment, treated for1week, for1month, and for3month. According to clinical practice and the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation, combined with the symptoms and signs of distribution, sums up the TCM syndrome type evolution before and after the treatment.Results:In the period of the disease, we found that28ones of dampness and heat retention spleen,19cases of spleen deficiency with phlegm,18cases of qi stagnation and blood resistance,10cases of liver qi stagnation and attacking the spleen,8cases of cold and dampness retention spleen,7cases of deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang,5cases of spleen and stomach deficiency,5cases of deficiency of qi and blood. The empirical syndrome have more then the deficiency syndrome, in the former, the most syndrome is dampness and heat retention spleen, and in the latter, the most syndrome is spleen deficiency with phlegm. Before the treatment, dampness and heat retention spleen syndrome is given priority to25.81%, after a week, the syndrome of dampness and heat retention spleen and spleen deficiency with phlegm have be seen together, after1month, spleen deficiency with phlegm is given priority to27.42%, in the last, it is given priority to29.03%.Conclusion:considering the enteral nutrition support treatment with Crohn’s disease, the empirical syndrome have better curative. The cases of liver qi stagnation and attacking the spleen remain unchanged, and the cases of dampness and heat retention spleen and qi stagnation and blood resistance and deficiency of spleen yang and kidney yang reduce, the cases of spleen and stomach deficiency and qi and blood increase. But we still can’t denial enteral nutrition treatment to the treatment effect of the deficiency syndrome, because the consideration is empirical transformed the majority.
