Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the method of clearing away wet stasis and invigorating spleen in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (type of wet stasis and spleen deficiency). It is expected to Preliminary explore the mechanism from immunological aspects, thus to further promote the application of clearing away wet stasis and invigorating spleen method in clinical practice of TCM gynecologyMethod:54cases of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease (type of wet stasis and spleen deficiency) who meet the inclusive criteria are randomly divided into2groups,28cases in trial group and26cases in control group.According to clearing away wet stasis and invigorating spleen method, we choose herbs and patients in trial group take these herbs. Patients in control group take Fuke Qianjin Capsule. All patients are treated for3menstrual cycles.Observe the changes in integral of local signs and TCM Syndromes and of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before and after been treatedResults:1.After been treated,there is statistical significant differences between trial group and control group in integral of TCM syndromes-integral of local signs、and total Score,(p<0.05).2.The cured and markedly effective rate and total effective rate in trial group were92.8%and100%.While the cured and markedly effective rate and total effective rate in control group were50%and96.2%.3.For the relief of abdominal Pain, there is no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.For the change of the expression Levels about T lymphocyte subsets, there is statistical differences in CD、 CD8andCD4/CD8in trial group before and After treatment,(p<0.05).After been treated,there is statistical differences between trial group and Control group in CD4、 CD8andCD4/CD8,(p<0.05).Conlusions:Theses herbs choosed according to the method of clearing away wet stasis and invigorating spleen Can alleviate the signs and symptoms of Patients with Sequelae of Pelvic inflammatory(type of Wet stasis and spleen deficiency).It has a higher cured and markedly effective rate than taking Fuke Qianjin Capsule. Especially, it can improving human immunity. Method of clearing away wet stasis and invigorating spleen in treating sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory disease can relieve the patients’clinical symptoms. It is worthy clinical generalization and application.
