ObjectiveThis study used clinical small sample randomized controlled trial, to meet the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea patients as the research object. Through the observation of warm acupuncture at different time in different periods with treatment of blood stasis dysmenorrhea pain relieving degree, reduce the duration of pain and other symptoms effect, compared of clinical effect in different intervention period of warming acupuncture treatment of blood stasis PD.To explore the intervention period of warming acupuncture treatment has more clinical practice significances, provides a method of treatment is more efficient for the dysmenorrhea.MethodsUnder the same materials, method, acupuncture, needle retaining time, analog time and frequency in two groups, Will be in strict accordance with the 60 cases of diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selected in patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group (the treatment of about 5 days prior to menstrual flow) and control group (the treatment of the first day of the menstrual flow) with 30 cases in each. Both treatment were 1 time a day, continuous warming acupuncture for 5 days,1 menstrual cycle for 1 course of treatment, continuous treatment of 3 courses of treatment, after 1 month of follow-up were evaluated the curative effect. Using the VAS pain scale and COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale treatment of two groups of patients were assessed before treatment and after each course, and follow-up of one menstrual cycle period by COX. Then according to the curative effect evaluation standard is confirmed by using SPSS19.0 software.Results1. Using the tatistical software to analysis the general clinical data of the groups, the result of it shows that the patients are comparable(P>0.05).2. According to the VAS score and the COX of dysmenorrhea symptom scale total score results, premenstrual treatment group and menstrual period control group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting that the two groups could reduce the patients blood stasis PD pain and main symptoms to a certain extent.3. After the course of treatment which last 3 menstrual cycles, there are 14 cases of clinical cure,11 cases were cured,2 cases effective,2 cases invalid,1 cases of falling off in the before menstruation treatment group, while there are 12 patients clinically cured,14 patients markedly cured,1 patients effectively cured, and 3 uneffective patients in the menstrual period control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.10%, which is 90.00% in the control group. Through the Ridit test analysis, the clinical total effective difference between the two groups is proved statistically significant (P>0.05), showing that different time to intervene by the warming acupuncture treatment for blood stasis PD had no significant effect.4. Compared the abdominal pain and duration of pain on each individual table of integrals in COX dysmenorrhea symptom, the treatment group was significantly decreased than control group, the difference result between 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that control group in the short-term analgesic effect is better than the treatment group. But from the follow-up results, indicating that treatment group in the long-term effect of trend is better than the control group.ConclusionWe arrive at a conclusion both warming acupuncture treatment in 5 days prior to menstrual flow and in the first day to menstrual flow are effective for the treatment of PD (P<0.01).Different intervening time of warming acupuncture has no significant different for the treatment of the blood stasis PD(P>0.05). But in the course of treatment and effect on the results, selecting 5 days prior to mentrual flow is better than the first day to menstrual flow for the long-term effect of trend.Besides, control group in the short-term analgesic effect is better than the treatment group. It shows that different intervening time of warming acupuncture has each advantage for the treatment of PD.
