Objective:Promoting spontaneous labor, reducing cesaren section rate, to safeguard infant & mom’s safety.Methods:From Jan,2014 to Nov,2014, based on the the principle of voluntariness,300 primiparas who formed the experimental group were extracted from outpatient service,they and their family members would have a right knowledge about the mode of delivery via the propaganda and education by pregnancy school and midwife. What’s more, they needed a proper diet and exercise, aim to control their weight in pregnancy. Secondly, there was a friendly relation between pregnant woman and midwife, so pregnant woman have told the cause of childbirth ache. They had study and choose a way which suits pregnant woman to reduce her pain Pregant woman known more about delivery by watching relevant video;visiting Labor-Delivery-Recovery indeed and knowing well about delivery surroundings, pregnant woman’s anxiety reduced after they were hospitalized; introducing conducting music midwife to pregnant woman also helped them to set up confidence of spontaneous labor. Near the time of labor, carrying out the family-centered maternity care, pregnant woman had a doula accompanied delivery and got continuous emotional support. The conducting music midwife directed pregnant woman to use free position, so they were able to prevent and correct cephalo-pelvic disproportion and so on. Estimating and analysing pregnant woman’s whole pregnancy situation by filling in questionnaire when they leaved hospital. In order to study the result of the experiment,300 local primiparas without intervention of labor course were randomly selected to act as control group.Results:Fially, we calculated and described delivery results of 300 primiparas in experimental group, compared with the delivery result of control group, the cesarean rate and the rate of dystocia and neonatal asphyxia rate were also declined. Compared incidence of pregnancy complication with 2760 primiparas during the whole 2013, there was a significant difference between and the result was statistically significant. For t in the mean overall production process, the P in one-tailed test two-tailed test was much smaller than 0.05 (=0.05), has passed the test,was also statistically significant. For the t of the amount of postpartum bleeding, the P in one-tailed test two-tailed test was much bigger than 0.05(=0.05),was meanless in statistica.Conclusion:The incidence of pregnancy complications got less and giant baby cames less if the weight was controled during pregnancy. Pregnancy school and midwife played an important role inimproving of pregnant women and their relationships’ cognitive, they helped pregnancy to choose a labor way which was good for their and babies’ health reasonably in the long term.The continuous emotional support during birth process relieved women’s anxiety and promotedthe labor progress. The application of free position were also helpful for preventing and correcting cephalic dystocia, what’s more, they raised perinatal degree of comfort and satisfaction, boosted woman’s confidence of natural labor, and cut the rate of cesarean section.
