Clinical Research About The Treatment Of Blunt Chest Injury With Xuefuzhuyu Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical characteristics of closed chest injury and the clinical effect with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction about the treatment. It provided clinical basis for Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of closed chest injury and enriched the treatment plan of the closed chest injury.Methods: 60 patients who continued admission with blunt chest injury were selected from hospital between March 2013 to March 2013. According to the doctor’s office visiting order, 60 patients with blunt chest injury and qi and blood stasis. which divided into two groups by random draw method, the patients using the Xuefuzhuyu Decoction with conventional western medicine therapy were divided as observation group(n = 30), the patients treated by routine western medicine was divided as control group(n = 30). The observation group daily used one dose " Xuefuzhuyu Decoction " on the basis of the routine use of western medicine, which was decocted by the same tisanes machine models, The control group routine used the western medicine treatment. We observed the two groups of the chest symptoms integral before and after treatment, systemic symptom integral chest score, pulmonary function index, chest CT, laboratory testing index, antibiotics, hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time, etc. The clinical effect of the Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the closed chest injury was evaluated.Results:3.1 The effect of the clinical outcome with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome.The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment were 96.67%,the clinical control rates after treatment were 16.67%,the efficiency rate after treatment were 60.00%, the clinical control rate and efficiency rate of the two groups which compared were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.2 The blood routine indexes with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome.The white blood cells and platelets of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment in patients,there had a statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.3 The effect of the inflammatory indicators with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome.The indicators of C- reactive protein of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group, there was a statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.4 The effect of creatine kinase(CK) with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndromeThe creatine kinase were significantly droped of the observation group after treatment compared with the control group, there had a statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.5 The effect of symptoms of chest with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome.The syndrome of chest pain、 shortness of breath、 cough and phlegm, shortness of breath were significantly improved of the observation group after treatment compared with the control group, there had a statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.6 The effect of chest CT with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome.The chest CT integral of the observation group after treatment in patients was significantly decreased compared with the control group.3.7 The effect of lung function with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction to treat the patients of closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome.The VC、 DLCO、FVC,、FEV1.0 in patients of observation group after treatment has increased significantly compared with the control group, there had a statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The patients with the closed chest injury and qi and blood stasis syndrome were improved about symptoms of chest, life quality, pulmonary function, blood routine, inflammatory indicators. Xuefuzhuyu Decoction seem to be could improve clinical symptoms, reduce chest pain, promote the absorption of hemothorax product gas, accelerate the healing of the ribs and improve their quality of life.
