| Objective The project try to explore the effect of acupuncture on improving treatment of cognitive dysfunction induced by methamphetamine,provide support for the application of acupuncture therapy on drug rehabilitation..Method Choose 60 cases of methamphetamine addicts for clinical observation,the methamphetamine addicts divided randomly into acupuncture group and contrast group,each group 30 people. The contrast group considering the actual conditions take psychological counseling.The acupuncture group take psychological counseling united the acupuncture therapy.Before and after treatment,the two groups accept Montreal scale(Mo CA) detection, and record the total score and subitem scores.Randomly select12 person from the treatment group to participate in detection by the system of 64 guide event related potential(ERP).Before and after the immediately acupuncture record methamphetamine addicts’ P300 waveform.Results The two groups before treatment had no significant difference. After the treatment, the two groups of Mo CA scale score were compared between before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05). The score of acupuncture group Improve after treatment,compare with before treatment there was a statistical significance(P < 0.05).After treatment between the two groups, the total scores of acupuncture group increased by 23.97%, the contrast group scores were increased by 7.76%, the acupuncture group was higher than contrast group, comparison with the total score not exist significance difference(P > 0.05).There is no significant differences before treatment of each submit score. The subentry score of constract group increase in visual spatial and executive,naming,abstract,delayed memory,directional force after treatment,there are differences compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05). Prompt psychological counseling canimprove the methamphetamine addicts visual spatial and executive,naming, abstract,delayed memory,directional force score. Acupuncture group after treatment in visual spatial and executive, abstract, delayed memory, language and directional force score increased, has significant difference before treatment(P<0.05).It is suggest acupuncture combined with psychological counseling can improve the methamphetamine addicts visual spatial and executive, abstract, delayed memory, language and directional score.The two groups after treatment in naming,compare the delay memory subentry score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that acupuncture combined with psychological counseling better than simple psychological counseling in improving naming, delayed memory.According to Mo CA score increase rate evaluation efficiency, the total clinical effective of acupuncture group rate was 77%, the total clinical effective of control group rate was40%, total effective rate of acupuncture group is higher than the constract group, the difference has statistically significant(P < 0.05), suggest the psychological counseling combined with acupuncture can improved methamphetamine addicts cognitive function,the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with psychological counseling is better than simple psychological counseling.After Immediately acupuncture,analyzing and comparing methamphetamine addicts’ P300 waveform.the latency of P300 waveform become short after Immediately acupuncture, Compare with before instant acupuncture has statistical significance(P <0.01).After immediately acupuncture amplitude increased,compared with before immediate acupuncture the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). Prompt immediate acupuncture has a regulatory role on addicts’ P300 waveform.After Immediately acupuncture Cz、Pz、Fz electrode occurs high amplitude,compare with before acupuncture Cz 、 Pz electrodes amplitude increased after immediately acupuncture point, had significant difference(P < 0.01). Cz、Pz、Fz electrodes were found short incubation period, no obvious differences from immediately before acupuncture(P > 0.05). These findings suggest that the immediate acupuncture has aregulating effect on Cz、Pz、Fz electrode P300 waveform.2d-cartoon EEG topographic map indicate Alpha and Beta wave ratio increased after immediate acupuncture,Immediate acupuncture can increase the excitability of the cerebral cortex. right occipital region of Alpha wave energy, frontal lobe, temporal lobe,parietal lobe Beta wave energy is increased significantly after immediately acupuncture,immediately acupuncture on the right occipital, frontal lobe, temporal lobe,parietal lobe of the brain cortex activation effect is obvious. In 3d EEG graphic, frontal lobe zone appear high potential reaction after immediately acupuncture,instantly acupuncture can improve the level of excitement of frontal cortex on the brain.In2d-cartoon map and 3d topographic map,the excitability of cerebral cortex were increased in the frontal lobe, immediate acupuncture can activate the frontal region,adjust the corresponding brain regions of brain wave, affecting the cognitive function.Conclusion1.Acupuncture Sishencong, shenting, Baihui,et al acpoints improve cognitive function of methamphetamine addicts.The curative effect is better than simple psychological counseling.2.Acupuncture can adjust P300 waveform of methamphetamine addicts,P300 waveform has a higher amplitude and shortter latency.Immediate acupuncture activate the frontal region,adjusting the P300 brain wave,effect methamphetamine addicts ’ cognitive function. |
