| ObjectiveTo observe clincical curative effect of SanYetang combined western medicine. To prove the clinical therapeutic effect of treating Love Lungs wind phlegm cough is better, give us a new treatment method about Post infectious cough.MethodsThe Clinical Research all cases were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditiongal Chineses Medicine Hematology ward. The total number of cases to 60 cases. Dignostic standard of 60 cases patiends with the Love Lungs wind phlegm Cough Random into two group:Chinese medicine combine with Western medicine about 30 cases(treatment group) and purely Western medince about 30 cases (treatment control group), curse are for 10 days (The Clinical Research totally 10 days). Observation and comparison two group patient treatment before and after symptom of cough, serious degree of cough, the visual analogue score(VAS) and record score after a course.End of treatment, using statistics analysis method interpretation of result and observed two groups of patients totoal credit.ResultsThe two groups before and after treatment of cough symptoms intergral, cough degree, the difference is statistically significant (p< 0.05), demonstrate that the two groups after treatment of Post infectious cough all have curative effect. For the secondary symptoms, the treatment of cough before and after treatment with mouth thirst, pharyngeal itching and pain is statistically significant (p<0.05); the treatment control group before and after treatment with mouth thirst, pharyngeal itching and pain is statistically significant(p<0.05). It is demonstrate that both of the two group can improve the mouth thirst, pharyngeal itching and pain symptoms. The treatment control group before and after treatment with turbid nasal discharge, dry stool is no significant (p>0.05) and at the same as controls. It is demonstrate that both of the two group can improve turbid nasal discharge, dry stool symptoms. The two groups with secondary symptoms, the treatment of cough with mouth thirst.pharyngeal itching and pain is statistically significant compare with controls (p< 0.05). The two groups with total secondary symptoms before treatment and after is statistically significant (p <0.05). The results showed that the Chinese medicine join with Western medicine at the secondary symptoms is better than treatment control group(p >0.05).The result of expectoration quantity after treatment which is no significant differences in meaning comparable(p>0.05). Results the treatment group and the overall treating courses were apparently superior to the control group(p<0.05). Comparison of totally clinical efficacy, the treatment group 30 cases of clinical control 13 cases were cured,9 cases, effective in 7 cases,1 cases, the total efficiency rate of 96.7%; treatment control group 5 cases were cured,11 cases, effective in 10 cases,4 cases, the total efficiency rate of 86.67%;Comparing to the statistical analysis, there was a significant difference(p<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.ConclusionChinese medincine of SanYetang in the treatment of Post infectious cough With the Love Lungs wind phlegm cough which is good efficiency and safty of Strengthing contrast with treatment control group. The method deserve to research on other chronic lung disese, It is worth further chinic testing. |
