Clinical Curative Effect Study On Treatment Of Stroke By Methods Of Midnight-midday Ebb Flow Acupuncture Combined With Point Selection Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:According to Clinical Curative Effect Study On Treatment Of Stroke By Methods Of Midnight-Midday Ebb Flow Acupuncture Combined With point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation, the research evaluate the clinical curative effect of this method on the stroke patients in recovery stage,to summarize the treatment for stroke recovery period of efficacy and treatment regularity and offer a kind of method for the stroke patients in recovery stage,which is economical and practical,exact curative effect,simple operation,easy to be accepted by patients.Method:Observation of 80 cases with "random number table" were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Control group were given conventional acupuncture treatment,the patient lay supine,the partial area of the point skin was regularly disinfected with 75% alcohol,according to the syndrome differentiation,the doctor selected points and used diameter of 0.25 mm needles of moderate length,Hua Tuo brand,to acupuncture chosen points routinely,needle quickly,using a gentle fill reducing manipulation, after lifting and thrusting twirling and gaining gas,needles were left 30 min once a day,10 times for 1 course of treatment,all the patients were observed after 3 courses of summary results.Treatment groups:The way of acupuncture treatment is the same with the control group.This group used card application form of midnight-midday ebb flow and eight methods of intelligent turtle to open holes on time by the day(9 o’clock-19 o’clock).By ziwuliuzhu najia method on a daily time points,in case of closed points,according to the principles of interoperability,opening access relevant acupoints.By method of eight flight on a daily time points,according to the principle of eight Confluence acupoints for acupuncture point,taking the turning point on point.Acupuncture chosen points routinely,needle quickly,use Hua Tuo brand SDZ-IIA electronic to needle instrument used in the corresponding points after catching on filiform needle electrode holders for filiform needle shank,and start the machine.Generally using frequency of 5Hz CW,with pulse therapy time of 10-20 minutes at a time.For 10 days for 1 course of treatment,all patients were observed after 3 courses of summary results.Before and after treatment,each of the two groups of patients use scales to assess scores for observing clinical effect. According to national TCM authority 1994 released of TCM illness diagnosis effect standard and TCM card waiting grading quantitative score standard,this research evaluate stroke cases effect and TCM curative effect.According to China brain stroke in the clinical neural function defect degree assessment component table(1995),improved Barthel index and the brain stroke in the survival quality volume table(SS-QOL) respectively evaluate patients treatment before and after of neural function defect degree changes, Changes in activities of daily living and quality of life changes.Data were analyzed with SPSS13.0 software,count data using X2 test,rank sum test with hierarchical data,measurement data were compared with t-test.Results:After treatment, both groups achieved a certain effect. The TCM symptom effective rates of two groups has statistically significant(P<0.05).Comprehensive clinical therapeutic efficacy rate between the two groups,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,each of the two groups of patients use China stroke clinical neurologic impairment rating scale(1995) to assess scores.After the treatment,the neurologic impairment of tow group of patients has improved.The effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Each of the two groups of patients use Modified Barthel Index to assess scores.After the treatment,the activities of daily living of tow groups of patients has improved.The effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Each of the two groups of patients use stroke patients quality of life scale(SS-QOL) to assess scores. After the treatment,the patients ’ quality of life of tow groups of patients has improved.The effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).TC,TG,LDC-C after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group(P<0.05),and the decrease above indexes of treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midnight-Midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation can improve the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms of the stroke patients in recovery stage,can effectively improve neural function defect,ability of daily life and the blood lipid level,and made much improvement to the quality of life.Midnight-Midday ebb flow acupuncture combined with point selection treatment based on syndrome differentiation is better than acupuncture.
