Application Of Chronomedicne Mode To The Rehabilitation Of Hemipelgia Patients With Ischemic Cerebrovascular Accsdent Based Midnight-midday Ebb Flow Theory

Objective :To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of chronomedicne mode in the treatment of hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke on the foundation of Midnight-Midday Ebb Flow Theory.Methods:Collected in January 2015- January 2016, Gansu Province Chinese medicine hospital Encephalopathy in stroke patients met the inclusion criteria were randomized controlled study 70 cases were randomly divided into TCM treatment group time(time group)and usual care group(Normal group) 35 patients each, with time set Midnight-Midday Ebb Flow Theory realism guide to stroke unit care, general group therapy to conventional stroke unit. After 28 days of treatment with blood, urine, stool three conventional, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram as a safety evaluation; TCM syndrome score scale score of daily living(ADL), the US National Institutes of Health Stroke volume table(NIHSS), stroke evaluation standard rates as efficacy evaluation study were two groups of the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:Time group of 35 cases, normal group of 35 cases, not fall off or terminated during the process of test and other special situation.Analysis of Result:1)classification of syndromes quantitative table analysis: two groups of patients in clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome integral therapeutic, and there are differences, group time is better than that of normal group(P<0.05);2)Therapeutic effect evaluation standard of stroke score analysis:After treatment time group of 35 cases, the total efficiency of 100%; ordinary group of 35 cases, the total efficiency of 97.14%, both having a significant effect, time better than the normal group group(P<0.05);3)Activities of daily living(ADL) Assessment Analysis:After treatment, BI integration are significantly improved, and better than the normal time group(P<0.05);4)National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score analysis:Two groups in NIHSS scores are effective, and there are differences, time group than the general group(P<0.05);5)Safety evaluation: no significant adverse reactions in patientsduring treatment groups, suggesting that Chinese medicine treatment time mode security is good.Conclusion :Flowing time medical model theory to guide the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia significant effect, no significant adverse effects, and can preferentially improve neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke damage degrees of paralysis recovery of limb function and reduces infarct activities adverse effects, is effective and safe method.
