Objective:Explore H hypertension distribution of TCM syndrome, combined with elaborate distribution of pathogenesis TCM syndrome, finding its inherent laws, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Selected 211 cases of hypertensive patients met the inclusion criteria, 66 cases of H hypertensive patients into the first group, the non-H-hypertensive patients into the second group of 145 cases, respectively, Chinese dialectical typing, testing-related laboratory parameters, compared the two groups characteristics of TCM syndrome, with SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze the correlation between the groups and the various indicators.Result:1.66 cases distribution characteristics of H hypertension TCM syndrome: Phlegm-dampness 26 cases (39.4%)> anger hyperactivity in 15 cases (22.7%)> yinxuyangkang in 14 patients (21.2%)>yin and yang deficiency 11 cases (16.7%). Phlegm-dampness respectively deficiency of both yin and yang, yinxuyangkang, anger Hyperactivity compare, P<0.05; Anger hyperactivity, yinxuyangkang, yin and yang deficiency both pairwise comparisons, P> 0.05.145 cases of non-H TCM syndromes in the distribution of hypertension:phlegm-dampness in 45 cases, yin and yang deficiency36 cases, anger Hyperactivity 32cases, yinxuyangkang 32 cases, pairwise comparisons, P> 0.05.2. Hey levels of H-hypertensive patients with phlegm-dampness highest, and the difference was significant, P<0.01; non-H hypertension TCM Syndrome Hcy levels each pairwise comparison, P> 0.05.3. H-grade level and Hcy levels of blood pressure in hypertensive patients: 3> 2> 1, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05; Non-H Hypertension Syndrome Types of TCM Hcy levels pairwise comparisons, P> 0.05.4. The anger hyperactivity, yinxuyangkang patients age were higher than phlegm-dampness age of H hypertension, P<0.05; The various syndromes of Non-H Hypertension Syndrome patients age was not significant of the difference, P> 0.05.5. The very high-risk patients was higher than the high-risk group, medium risk group, the low-risk group of the H hypertension, P<0.01; low risk, medium risk and high risk patients with no significant difference in the distribution, P>0.05; The very high-risk patients was higher than the other three groups of the non-H-hypertension, P<0.01.6. The number of cases of H hypertension rating:3 (63.6%)> 2 (24.2%)> 1 (12.1%), the non-H hypertension grading number of cases:three (53.8%)> 2 (29%)>1(17.2%).Conclusion:1.The Syndrome Distribution Features of H Hypertension:phlegm-dampness distribution is the most widespread of H hypertension, no significant difference in the distribution of anger hyperactivity, deficiency of both yin and yang, yinxuyangkang.2. The composition of gender, men more than women of the H hypertension. Phlegm-dampness, deficiency of both yin and yang, yinxuyangkang, men more than women, anger Hyperactivity gender composition of indifference.3. The anger hyperactivity, yinxuyangkang, patients age are higher than phlegm-dampness patients age of the H hypertension, anger hyperactivity, deficiency of both yin and yang, yinxuyangkang, pairwise comparisoann age No difference.4. The Hcy level of phlegm-dampness is the highest of H-hypertensive patients. The Hcy level was no difference between the anger hyperactivity, deficiency of both yin and yang, yinxuyangkang.5. The Hcy level of plasma in H hypertensive patients is higher with the increase of blood pressure classification.6. Three, very high-risk group patient is the majority of the H hypertension.7.Hcy level with patient’s age, gender no correlation of the H hypertension.
