Renal Effects Of Homocysteine On The H-hypertensive Patients

Objective:To discuss the Renal Effects of homocysteine on the H-hypertensive patients. Methods:Analysis of 2012-2014, First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Branch diagnosed hypertensive patients with essential hypertension clinical data of 853, where 412 cases of H-hypertensive patients, hypertensive patients with 441 cases, collecting clinical General Information 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure, biochemical, 24-hour urine protein,24-hour urinary albumin, homocysteine, etc.To analysis the Renal Effects of homocysteine on the H-hypertensive patients. Results:(1) gender composition than the H-hypertensive group and hypertension group, the fasting blood glucose (FBG), cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C),24hSBP,24hDBP, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) was no statistically significant (P> 0.05). H-hypertensive group age, duration is longer than simple hypertension; high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) levels and homocysteine evels were also higher than the hypertension group, and triglyceride (TG) was lower than that hypertension group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) H hypertension group and hypertension group uric acid, creatinine, urine protein, urea was no significant difference (P> 0.05). H-hypertensive group cystatin C, microalbuminuria higher hypertension group, while eGFR lower than the hypertensive group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (3) logistic regression analysis showed that:duration (OR= 7.518,95% CI 1.153-2.349), age (OR=41.234,95% CI 2.150-4.214), gender (OR=8.54,95% CI 1.168-2.202), homocysteic acid (OR= 16.207,95% CI 1.382-2.553) were risk factors for cystatin C.standard blood pressure (OR =10.026,95% CI 1.283-2.887) is a 24-hour urine albumin risk factors.Males (OR= 7.842,95% CI 1.207-2.907), age (OR=14.054,95% CI 1.578-4.289), homocysteine (OR= 0.221,95% CI 1.227-2.92) for the risk factors of eGFR.Conclusion:duration, age, gender, homocysteic acid were risk factors for cystatin C.standard blood pressure is a 24-hour urine albumin risk factors.Males,age,homocysteine for the risk factors of eGFR...
