Objective:As regards treasures of treating humeral near-end fracture had many controversies,this essay by comparing the clinical treatment efficiency between Bridge combined fixation system operation method and artificial replacement combination with over shoulder joint splint to treat humeral near-end fracture, analyzed the high side and down side of the treatment methods as well as the all-respect effect element on efficiency, aiming at providing a more efficient treatment schedule for treating humeral near-end fracture,at the same cultivati-ng the scientific evidence for choosing the treatment plan.Method:The essay picked up the 60 patients who came to yanan hospital which affiliated to Kunming medical university and Kunming municipal TCM hospital orthopedic department from 2013.03 to 2014.11,at the same time matched the absorbing standard and dismissing standard as well as diagnosed as humeral near-end fracture. Ages ranged from 42 year-old to 70 year-old, among then male were 13 cases, female 17 cases.According to the random dividing principle divided the cases into tow groups,namely A3 group(BCFS operation treatment group) B group(conservative artificial replacement combination with over shoulder joint splint),respectively 30 cases,the average age of A group were 58.27±8.413,the average age of B group were 60.33±6.810.the clinical following time were 6-11 months,average following time was 7.94±1.524 months.Observed the bone fracture location osteotylus growth condition the recovering extend of shoulder joint, applying the SPSS19.0 statistic soft ware to analyzing various counts.Result:The two groups had no outstanding difference between age tender injuring mechanism as well as bone fracture typing.By the functional evaluation Constant Murley shoulder joint,the two groups had no preeminent difference on the shoulder joint pain and flexing function(P>0.05);for the two groups shoulder joint daily movement were constricted,the stretchingout roasting inside roasting outside pulling power the total score of shoulder joint movement as well as functional evaluation score of shoulder joint,A group was better than B group(P<0.05),having outstanding difference.For A group the effected functional evaluation change of shou-lder joint was not outstanding(P>0.05) after the treatment than before,having no difference between effected and healthy one;for B group the effected functional evaluation change of sho-ulder joint was outstanding(P<0.05)after the treatment than before, having outstanding differ-ence,the healthy shoulder better than effected one.Through the judging standard of osteotylus growth,for the osteotylus growth,1 month latter for the two groups P<0.05,A group was better than B group,having outstanding difference;3 months latter P<0.05,A group was better than B group,having outstanding difference;6 months latter P>0.05, having no outstanding difference. By the bone fracture relocation good rate editorials,the bone fracture matching end wasP<0.05,A group was better than B group,having outstanding difference.Conclusion:BCFS operation treatment group aiming at treating A3 B1 type humeral near-end fracture had more preeminent clinical efficiency for resuscitating shoulder joint function relocating the bone fracture and osteotylus growth compared with conservative artificial replacement combination with over shoulder joint splint.
