| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of the bridge combined internal fixation system and locking plate in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures.Methods From June 2013 to June 2017,50 cases of humeral shaft fracture patients were admitted and treated.According to the different surgical methods,25 cases were divided into the bridge internal fixation system group(experimental group),18 cases were male and 7 cases were female,aged 18~75(48.4±20.5)years old.Locking plate group(control group)in 25 cases,(20 male and female in 5 cases,aged 20~70(49.3±17.2)8 case with simple type A fractures,7 case with wedge type B fractures,and 10 case with complex type C fractures.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the two groups were observed and compared,and the postoperative efficacy was compared by Constant shoulder joint score and Mayo elbow joint score.Results All 50 patients were followed up for 10 to 12 months,with an average of 11±0.76 months.Operation time(58.16±3.17)min,intraoperative blood loss(229.41±1.24)ml,fracture healing time(7.96±0.31)week,hospitalization time(12.44±0.51)d.Control operation time(75.24±3.43)min,intraoperative blood loss(279.85±1.37)for ml,fracture healing time,length of hospital stay(9.04±0.41)weeks(13.92±0.42)d in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and hospital days of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)in the experimental group 1 case of complications,the control group,7 cases of complications shoulder joint function score group(82.16±3.79),the control group(78.84±3.63)for comparison,The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)and there was no statistically significant difference in elbow function score between the experimental group(95.0±9.46)and the control group(92.4±13.07)(P > 0.05).Conclusion Comparing the surgical treatment of humeral shaft fractures between the two groups,the treatment effect of the bridge combined internal fixation system was better than that of the steel plate group,especially for the AO-C type humeral shaft fractures,more satisfactory clinical effect could be obtained. |
