Objective:The technology and method of application of, biofeedback instrument, determi-nation of drug addicts relapse when the physiological signals of targets, and to carry ou-t changes to relax before and after treatment and detection treatment index. To explore th e pathogenesis of different TCM relapse stage, for the formation of addiction memory an d further relapse prevention work to provide new ideas.Research methods:In Fuzhou, ZeXu voluntary detoxification, the relapse of voluntary drug addicts to carry outbiofeedback training and TCM syndromes questionnaire, focus on he-roin addicts,methamphetamine addicts. The drug addicts into methamphetamine addicts gr-oup, heroin addiction group, including methamphetamine group 29 cases,25 cases of her-oin group.The TCM pathological factors of syndrome by method of acquisition, biological signalac quisition using biofeedback instrument. At the same time taking into account t-he drug problem has become younger,18-29 years of age male drug addicts in 21 case-s of male students as the experimental group and 21 cases as control group, to carry ou-t research on differences in biological feedback signal.Results:(1)Index of EEG α amplitude, FFTα FFTθ has the difference in the two groups of drug addicts, and methamphetamine group a than heroin group; HR, RMSSD, SDN N, ECG, HF, PNN50 in the two groups of drug addicts in comparison were significantly different, and the heroin group was higher than that of methamphetamine group.(2) Compared with the normal group, experimental group, experimental heroin methamp-hetamine is higher than that of normal person in the low frequency EEG δ,θ,β, Y, SMR in high frequency is lower than that of normal people, relax thealpha state mai-nly is lower than normal people. The experimental group HRVam, RMSSD,SDNN of her-oin,%LF, HF,%HF and the control group had statistically significant difference.The exp-erimental group HR, HRVam,RMSSD of methamphetamine, SDNN, HF,%LF,LF/HF,%H F, PNN50 and the control group had statistically significant difference. Two in the exper-imental group, RSP Rate, respiratory rate of RSPAm in normal and there were significant differences in per capita.(3) The α、θ、FFTα、FFTθ relaxation therapy or brain after treatment were measured a-t baseline decreased, other brain waves index in each stage of the study has no obvious-s difference; ECG indexes of BVP, HRVam in the treatment stage and after treatment wa-s elevated, and BVPam, HR stage and treatment after the treatment perioddecreased, RM SSD, SDNN in the stages of treatment and after treatment were compared with the firs-t stage.(4) Heroin addiction group of syndrome frequency distribution were Qi deficiency, blo-od deficiency, yin deficiency, liver, spleen, kidney yang deficiency, qi stagnation, dam-pness, phlegm, heart, etc.; methamphetamine addiction group of syndrome frequency d-istribution were Qi deficiency, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, liver qi stagnation, ph-legm, Yang deficiency, phlegm, spleen, kidney, heart, wet.(5) Of heroin addiction group index of EEG δ,θ and syndrome factors of heat, wet,ess-ence deficiency related; a waves and syndrome factor of heat is correlation; FFTα and qi stagnation, heat, wet correlation; β waves and Qi deficiency, spleen kidneycorrelation; SM R wave, heat, Qi deficiency, kidney, wet related.Methamphetamine addiction group index of EEG δ and syndrome factor, heatsignifican t bile;FFTθ and bile, heat related, Bo and bile, liver, Qi deficiency, qi stagnation, heat, sto-mach, heart, mind, and blood stasis related.(6) Heroin group ECG indexes and heat syndrome factor showed correlation; were sig-nificantly related to methamphetamine group BVP amplitude and syndrome essence de-ficiency, liver, gallbladder, kidney, qi stagnation, heat, phlegm, blood stasis, yin defici-ency, wet, no significant correlation of other ECG indicators and syndrome.(7) No significant correlation between TCM syndrome of respiratory heroin group; gro-up RSPRate, methamphetamine and bile, liver qi stagnation, phlegm, heat, dampness, mind, Yang, yin deficiency; no significant correlation with other respiratory indexes of TCM syndrome elements.Conclusion:(1) The formation of addiction memory is multi organs (liver, kidney, spleen) dysfunc-tion results, is the study of characteristics of syndromes of deficiency of drug addicti-on. (2) Physiological signals of drug addicts of change. Low frequency high frequency of brain waves, brain waves are low. Inhibitory effect of heroin on the central. nerv-ous system than methamphetamine, methamphetamine on heart injury than heroin.(3) Physiological signals of drug addicts of change. Low frequency high frequency of brain waves, brain waves are low. Inhibitory effect of heroin on the central nervous system than methamphetamine, methamphetamine on heart injury than heroin.(4) Biofeedback relaxation therapy helps improve relieve anxiety and depression status of patients.
