The Clinical Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Tongshu Capsule Combined With Minor Dosage Methotrexate In The Treatment Of Acute Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objeet:To evaluate clinical curative effect,the onset time and advese effect of Tongshu capsule combined with minor dosage Methotrexate(MTX) and discuss its mechanism by observing patients with rheumatoid arthritis the clinical symptoms,signs and indicators of changes in the laboratory before and after treatment.Methods:To chose the coincident diagnostic criteria patients with rheumatoid arthritis who are in acute or acute stage 60 cases.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of the control group.Two groups of patients in gender,age, disease,and related factors,such as grading have no significant difference(P＞0.05),and they are comparable.Treatment group for Bi—and small—dose methotrexate treatment.Take four tongshu capulses one time,three times a day,and a weekly oral methotrexate(MTX) 7.5mg,with folic acid tablets weekly 5mg(clothes MTX24 hours after taking)treatment. Control group:once a week to give oral MTX 10mg,with folic acid tablets weekly 10mg(clothes MTX 24 hours after taking) treatment.A course of teatment for one month,three months after assessing efficacy.Results:1.Treatment group effeetive 28 cases,two cases invalid,the rate was 93.33 percent;effective control group of 24 cases,6 cases invalid,the rate was 80 percent.Treatment group efficient compared with the control group are significant differences(0.01＜P＜0.05),the treatment group better than the control group.2 After the two groups of patients with the treatment of joint pain, swelling,funetion,ChenJiang,and other symptoms and signs integral index,such as joint and Ritchie have different levels of change(P＜0.01;P＜0.05),the degree of change is better than the control group (p＜0.01). 3 At the same time the two groups can reduce the ESR,CRP,ESR,and other laboratory indicators(P＜0.05;P＜0.01),the treatment group also better than the control group(P＜0.01).4 Treatment group of the side effects of drugs significantly less than the control group.Conelusions:1 Tongshu capsule—obvious anti—inflammatory and analgesic effect.2 Tongshu capsule—and low—dose methotrexate in the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis or acute stage can significantly shorten the course,good clinical symptoms in patients with ease.3 Tongshu capsule—and low—dose methotrexate in the treatment of RA can significantly reduce the inflammation and indicators of rheumatoid faetor.4 The treatment of RA can not only reduce the amount of MTX,reducing the side effects caused by MTX,but also improve efficacy.5 Tongshu capsule-and low-dose MTX treatment of RA-effective Way to improve syndrome,without obvious side effects,safe,effective and worth promoting.
