The Clinical Effect Observation Of Triple Puncture Together With The Quick Cupping Method For The Treatment Of Temporomadibular Disorders

Objective:This research adopts the craniomandihular index(CMI)and numerical rating scale(NRS)to evaluate the effection of triple puncture together with the quick cupping method for the treatment of Temporomadibular Disorders(TMD),compared with the common acupuncture method,to provide a more effective treatment for clinical and provide the TMD a more objective curative effect evaluation of the reference standard.Method:We selecte 50 cases clinical patients of Temporomadibular Disorders included in the standard,randomly dividing them into two groups,the triple puncture together with the quick cupping group and the common acupuncture group,25 cases in each group.Then the triple puncture together with the quick cupping method is used to treat in the triple puncture together with the quick cupping group,once per day,6 times for a course of treatment,take a day off a course,after two courses evaluate the curative effect.And the common acupuncture method is used to treat in the common acupuncture group,once per day,6 times for a course of treatment,take a day off a course,after two courses evaluate the curative effect.Before and after the two courses of treatment using the CMI and NRS to evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.After two courses,the total score of clinical dvsfunction index(DI)、palpation index(PI)、CMI and NRS score was significantly decreased in the two groups;and the score of triple puncture together with the quick cupping method is more lower than the common acupuncture method(P<0.01).2.Compare two groups of clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of triple puncture together with the quick cupping group was obviously higher than that of common acupuncture group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Triple puncture together with the quick cupping method in the treatment of TMD for pain relief effect is superior to the common acupuncture method.And the clinical effect of triple puncture together with the quick cupping method in the treatment of TMD is superior to the common acupuncture method.2.The research data of craniomandihular index provides an objective quantitative assessment reference method to evaluate the temporomadibular joint.3.Triple puncture together with the quick cupping method is one way for the treatment of Temporomadibular Disorders,effective and worth popularization.
