As our country is becoming more and more attention to the livelihood of the people cause, medical health reform is bound to arouse the attention of people. How to solve the hospitals "a doctor" difficulty and high cost of the existence of the problem, is not only a major theoretical and practical problems worthy of studying, is a problem about the hospital sustainable development. To solve this problem, people will pay attention to the performance management of hospital. Hospital performance management is a scientific, effective and systematic management process, its core is through continuously to improve individual performance to improve the overall performance of the organization, to achieve the mission. Performance management as an important symbol of hospital modernization and management, it is a key factor to ensure the sustainable development of the hospital, at the same time also is the lifeline of existence and development of hospital. Through research on hospital performance management, promote the healthy development of the hospital plays a very important role.Based on M hospital as an example, the use of case analysis, based on the relevant theory of performance management at the same time, based on the existing M hospital performance management plan, implementation, evaluation, introduces the feedback stage, found M hospital under the preliminary practice the PDCA cycle is succeeding in the related parameters of performance management in the hospital, but M hospital performance management at present, there are the following problems: design not combined with hospital strategic performance indicators, ignore the communication in the process of performance management, performance appraisal negative incentive effect, the formal performance feedback, and then puts forward some feasible improvement opinion, makes the appraisal index and employee responsibility is matched, the assessment results and are tied to the economic interests of the employees, and constantly revised in the implementation process, constantly adjust and perfect the hospital internal management processes, improve the hospital comprehensive ability, thus to M hospital performance management policy in the future to provide theoretical support.
