OBJECTIVE: To explore risk factors of advanced schistosomiasis and give scientific basis for preventing and treating advanced schistosoiniasis.METHODS:1:1 and 1:2 mntched case-control study. Controls were nontial person and chronic schistosoiniasis patients. Matching conditions were sane sex and occupation, age differences among 5 years and living in sane nature vallege. History of suffering from and treating schistosomiasis and exposing to epidtiuic water, social-economic and nutritional condition and other contined diseases were investigated. At the sane tine , Th,Ts, Th+Ts, Th/Ts, IgG, IgM, HBsAg, HbsAb, FBcAb, FBsAg, JBsAb andABO blood groups were tested. Statistical analysis were 1:1 and 1:2 matched single and stepwise conditional Logistic analysis. SAS6. 12 edition software was used. RES[LTS: By step~rise conditional Logistic analysis, times of testing schistosomiasis.. time from first infected schistosoiniasis to last treatment, tine from first infection to this investigation, HBsAg+, HbcAb+, HBsAg+ HBcAb++ HBeAb+ are risk factors of advanced schistosoiuiasis ; Living space per person, Th are protective factors; The relationship between advanced schistosomiasis and ABO blood groups havn't been found. (XNLUS ION: The happening of advanced schistosomiasis are related with repeated infection of schistosomiasisschistosouiiasis havn't been treated promptly and thorcmghlylong history of schistosoiniasis diease comtined infection of hapeti tis B, poor social-economic conditio low cell inuauinology.
