【Objective】To investigate the risk factors for refractive regression after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).【Methods】It was a 1:1 case-control study, 298 cases of refractive regression and 298 controls, which were matched by sex, and period of operation, were selected from our hospital. Date of all cases was collected . Univariate analysis and multivariate conditional logistic regressions were used to analyze associations between the exposure factors and refractive regression with SPSS software.【Results】It was found that refractive regression was closely related to 4 factors:age, spherical equivalent, central corneal thickness, laser ablation diameter. The upper two factors are risk factors and the latter two are protective factors.Logistic regression equation was following: P=1/1+Exp∑(-7.582-0.060 AGE-1.321 SE+0.744 LAD+0.018 CCT). The sensitivity and specificity of Logistic mold was 79.54%, 76.78%.【Conclusion】In cases with older and the thin pre-operative corneal thickness of high myopia, after the surgery refractive regression is easy to occur. Some consummate of the surgical technique and big laser ablation diameter will help to improve predictability and reduce regression. The Logistic regressive model based on these factors is reliable in predicting the refractive regression after LASIK.
