Purpose:It is the common approach that using the guided bone regeneration(GBR) to implantation on the esthetic zone.Cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) is used to assess the bone remodeling on the esthetic zone after the GBR sur-gery.The bone thickness on the day of implant insertion,6 months after implan-t surgery,6 months after functional loading,12 months after functional loading,is evaluated to confirm the GBR outcomes and asses the bone remodeling in t-he early stage on the esthetic zone.Method40 patients,from Jan 2010 to May 2013,visiting the Department of Implantology,Stomatological Hospital of Shandong University,with the single-tooth loss in the maxillary anterior region were included in the analysis.Every patient ha-s taken the delay implantation or immediate implantation.Because of the bone insufficiency, implant placement need the GBR as the bone augmentation.The d-ata on the day of implant insertion,6 months after implant surgery,6 months af-ter functional loading,12 months after functional loading,is analyzed by the SI-DEXIS Digital X-ray system.The data needs to measure is as follows:1)The b-one thickness on the day of implant insertion;2) The bone thickness at the sa-me region 6 months after implant surgery;3) The bone thickness at the same r-egion 6 months after functional loading;4)The bone thickness at the same regio-n 12 months after functional loading.The comparisons between the day of imp-lant insertion and 6 months after implant surgery;6 months after implant surge-ry between 6 months after functional loading;6 months after functional loading between 12 months after functional loading,are analyzed by the statistical soft-ware.Resultsl.The results of measure by CBCTOn the day of sugery(T1):the average thickness at 0mm(S1),3mm(S2), 6mm(S3) is 7.34±1.24mm,8.28±1.07mm,8.91±1.20mm.P<0.056 months after sugery(T2):the average thickness at 0mm(S1),3mm(S2), 6mm(S3) is 6.22±1.28mm,7.24±1.49mm,7.94±1.22mm.P<0.056 months after loading(T3):the average thickness at 0mm(S1),3mm(S2), 6mm(S3) is 6.00±1.29 mm,7.90±1.36mm,7.62±1.30mm.P<0.0512months after loading(T4):the average thickness at 0mm(S1),3mm(S2), 6mm(S3) is 5.79±1.29mm,6.68±1.35 mm,7.47±1.27mm.P<0.052.The results of bone remodeling by CBCTThe respectively are 1.17±0.28mm,1.04±0.23mm,0.96±0.26mm at Omm (S1),3mm(S2),6mm(S3) in T1-T2 under the implant platform.P<0.05The respectively are 0.26±0.03mm,0.34±0.04mm,0.32±0.02mm at Omm (S1),3mm(S2),6mm(S3) in T2-T3 under the implant platform.P<0.05The respectively are 0.17±0.06mm,0.20±0.05mm,0.15±0.07mm at Omm (S1),3mm(S2),6mm(S3) in T3-T4 under the implant platform.P>0.05Conclusion1.Early bone remodelin changes a lot in the first six months after dental implant surgery with GBR in the aesthetic area,mainly in the bone absorption.2.Bone remodeling turns to be stable 6 monthes after surgery with the thickness unchanged.3.12 months after loading,the thickness doesn,t change compare with 6 months after surgery.Bone remodeling turns to be stable.The amount of change is nosatistical significance in the performance.4.Bio-oss and Haiao membrance can be successfully applied in bone guided regeneration,and the effect of asteogenic is stable.
