| Objectives:The article through comparative observation Yi-Shen-Jie-Yu-Fang and Fluoxetine treatment Shen-Xu-Gan- Yu-type of Post Stroke Depression in the NIHSS, TCM Syndromes of Shen-Xu –Gan-Yu,HAMD,and evaluat Yi-Shen-Tian-Jing,ShuGan-Jie-Yu can resolve method in the treatment on Post Stroke Depression, for the clinical treatment of Post Stroke Depression provides a reliable basis and treatment ideas.Methods:Slected 60 cases of Post Stroke Depression as research object(visit to An Hui Province C hinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward patients in 2013 June to 2014 November),adopting digital table method Randomly divided into two groups, Chinese medicine treatment group and control group 30 cases each, fall off during the part of case study research, finally 28 cases in treatment group and control group in 27 cases.Two groups on the basis of conventional treatment of stroke, treatment group was given Yi-Shen-Jie-Yu-Fang and Fluoxetine(one dose daily, morning, noon, evening three a day Fluoxetine, early 20mg), the control group was given oral Fuoxetine treatment.After treatment 2 weeks and 4 weeks and followed up 8 weeks was used to evaluate the curative effect for two groups of the NIHSS, TCM Syndromes of Shen-Xu-Gan-Yu,HAMD score, regular safety inspections during treatment, evaluation of Yi-Shen–Jie-Yu-Fang treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of Post Stroke Depression and drug safety.Results:After 2 and 4 weeks treatment, The within group comparisons of HAMD, NIHSS and TCM Syndrome Scale total score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05); Comparison between groups, three detection evaluation scores than the control group decreased with statistical significance(P<0.05); followed up 8 weeks, the TCM syndrome, HAMD, NIHSS total score is 4 weeks treatment have rebounded, but the treatment group three detection index of integral rebound amplitude is small, better than the control group(P<0.05); HAMD total score reduction rate: compared the two groups treatment 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks of followed up, there were no differences(P>0.05), the efficacy of roughly the same, but the Yi-Shen-Jie-Yu-Fang plus Fluoxetine effective rate was higher than the control group; TCM syndrome total score evaluation curative effect: the reduction rate of treatment 2 and 4weeks, 8 weeks of followed up, TCM syndrome score changes greatly, significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). TCM syndrome integral treatment group 2 and4 weeks, 8 weeks follow-up after the total efficiency was 79%, 89% and 86%.Conclusion:The treatment effect no difference between Yi-Shen-Jie-Yu-Fang puls Fluoxetine and Fluoxetine on Post Stroke Depression. But there are more efficient than Fluoxetine alone. But much better than Fluoxetine alone in improved TCM syndrome, depression, impaired function of the nervous system to restore, and in the treatment of Post Stroke Depression long-term effect is more prominent, and can reduce the adverse effects of Fluoxetine. In short,Yis hen Jie yu Fang and Fluoxetine that worthy of recognition in improved the PSD close, long-term TCM syndrome, depressive symptoms, neurological function recovery and other aspects. The ideas is treat PSD patients of Yi-Shen-Tian-Jing, Shu- Gan-Jie-Yu that worth spread. |
