Clinical Research Of Zengye Chengqi Decoction-s Function In Treating Tumor Patients Constipation Caused By Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets

Objective:To observe the curative effect of "Differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases" classic square Zengye Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of tumor patients,constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets,and compare with Lactulose Oral Solutionefficacy. Then exploring the mechanisms of Zengye Chengqi Decoction in the treatment of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets.Methods:The constipation cancer patients caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets are divided into treatment group and control group.There are 30 cases in each grope and a total of 60 cases.Treatment group:Using the "Differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases" classic square Zengye Chengqi Decoction.The compostion of Zengye Chengqi Decoction(the traditional Chinese medicine decocting room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine provides drugs): xuanshen 30 gram,maidong 24 gram,shengdi 24 gram,dahuang 9 gram,glauber salt 4.5 gram. Decoction method:We will decoct xuanshen,shengdi,maidong and dahuang into decoction of herbal medicine400 ml,then put the decoction into glauber salt.A daily dose of two times,and a course of treatment is a week. Then taking those whose stool remains after a week as invalid cases,and using other method.Control group:Using the Lactulose Oral Solutionefficacy.Its commodity name is duphalac,Holland Suwei pharmacy company production.Bath H20090583.Three times a day,each 15 ml,and a course of treatment is a week.Same as above,taking those whose stool remains after a week as invalid cases,and using other method.Through the observation of the two groups before and after treatment in the frequency of defecation,defecation time,stool traits,defecation difficulties degree,bearing down,halfway defecate and abdominal distension,then evaluating the effect of two groups overall.Results:The total efficiency of the difference in the treatment group and control group is statistically significant(P<0.05).And the treatment group in improving constipation total score, the frequency of defecation and defecation difficulties degree are better than the control group significantly(P<0.01).In the treatment group,stool traits and abdominal distension have improved than the control group(P<0.05).But the treatment group in the defecation time, bearing down and halfway defecate have not improved significantly than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusuion:The function of Zengye Chengqi Decoction is obvious,in treating tumor patients constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets.
