Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Opioid Induced Constipation By Ma Ziren Decoction

Objective:In this study,a randomized controlled clinical trial was used to study the constipation of patients with constipation after oral Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets.The "Ma Ziren Decoction" was used as an experimental drug,and a strict standardized clinical study was used to verify the constipation of the decoction of hemp kernels and subtraction on the oral Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets.The therapeutic effect of this type of constipation is enriched.Methods:60 patients who were hospitalized in the inpatient department of the oncology department of the second Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong province in October 2016 and October were selected as the subjects of the study.60 patients were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases,oral subtraction Decoction of hemp kernel decoction)and control group(30 cases,oral lactulose oral liquid).The constipation score,constipation effect,safety index(temperature,pulse,breath,blood pressure,hemoglobin,white blood cell,blood pressure,blood pressure,hemoglobin,white blood cell)were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The changes of platelet,urea nitrogen,creatinine,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic aminotransferase,KPS score,and the occurrence of adverse events during clinical observation.Results:1.The integral value of constipation: after treatment,the scores of constipation in the two groups were statistically different,P < 0.05,and the decrease of constipation score in the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.The score of constipation in the observation group was statistically different from that before treatment,P < 0.05.The score of constipation in the control group was statistically different from that before treatment,P < 0.05.2.Constipation treatment effect: after treatment,the overall effective rate of the observation group was 96%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 70%.After treatment,the constipation results of two groups were statistically different,P < 0.05.3.KPS score(kcal score): after treatment,there was no significant difference in KPS score between the two groups,P > 0.05.The KPS score of the observation group was not significantly different from that before treatment,P > 0.05.The KPS score of the control group was not significantly different from that before treatment,P > 0.05.4.The safety observation index: the four vital signs(body temperature,pulse,respiration,blood pressure)of the observation group and the control group were more stable before and after 2 weeks of treatment,and the comparison of the safety indexes of white blood cells,hemoglobin,platelets,alanine transaminase,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,creatinine and urea nitrogen before and after treatment There was no statistical difference,and the P value was more than 0.05.5.Safety indicators were observed in the observation group and the control group.Conclusion:1.Ma Ziren Decoction and lactulose oral liquid are effective in the treatment of constipation caused by opioids,which can reduce the constipation score of the patients,and the effect of the subtraction of hemp kernel decoction may be better,and the effect of reducing the integral value of constipation in patients is also better.2.When the observation time was set for 2 weeks,the KPS score of the patients had no significant improvement in the treatment of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets.3.The clinical safety of Ma Ziren's Decoction and the two lactulose oral liquids are relatively high.
