But at present the probiotic applications also exist dose, survival rate, as well as the industry standard, the lack of potential security problems. This issue through the systematic study on the basis of Qiweibaizhu Powder, by comparative observation and analysis among Modified Qiweibaizhu Powder, micro ecological preparation and Routine treatment of Western Medicine, in the treatment of diarrhea of spleen deficiency with efficacy, side effects and correlation factors, lay a foundation for the effect of Qiweibaizhu Powder on the gut microflora experimental study. Provide for Qiweibaizhu Powder on clinical applications with more theoretical basis, so as to better play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.MethodThe clinical study select90cases of children with diarrhea of spleen deficiency type, are the outpatients of The Third Affiliated Hospital in the University of Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine, to be eligible. Randomly divided into treatment group, the control group One, and the control group Two. The treat ment group was given Modified Qiweibaizhu Powder for treating; The control group One was given probiotics Bifico powder for treating;he control group Two was only given Routine treatment of Western Medicine for treating. All experimental groups were given routine treatment of Western Medicine, and5days after treatment to evaluate the curative effect. Evaluation of the efficacy of groups of children take on TCM syndromes before and after the treatment, the main points in integral and individual symptoms or signs of integral and changes of each experimental group were compared, to analyse the presence of statistical significance.ResultThe treatment group for clinical cure in22cases, effective in4cases, effective in2cases, ineffective in2cases, the total effective rate was93.3%;The control group One for clinical cure in18cases, effective in6cases, effective in2cases, ineffective in4cases, the total effective rate was86.7%;The control group of Two for clinical cure in10cases, effective in4cases, effective in6cases, ineffective in10cases, the total effective rate was66.7%. The description of the overall effect of the Modified Qiwei-baizhu Powder and Bifico with scattered considerable, was significantly better than the conventional western medicine treatment effect(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant). But the Modified Qiweibaizhu Powder and Bifico groups had no significant difference(P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant). And different ways of feeding and clamping of TCM syndrome type may have influence on the effect of the drugConclusionThis paper adopts the Modified Qiweibaizhu Powder on treatment for infan-tile diarrhea of spleen deficiency. The Qiweibaizhu Powder can treat the diarrhea, more over, dehumidification, Shengjinzhike for temporary solutionby Conditioning Spleen Qi.This study does not rigidly adhere to the original,in combination with clinical dialectical basis for drug modified. The results show that the prescription is effective in the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of diarrhea of spleen deficiency, and the efficacy of Qiweibaizhu Powder is similar to intestinal microecological preparations, while both of them are superior to conventional treatment of Western medicine, No adverse reactions to drug was observed. The formula is the effective prescriptions for the treatment of infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency, and Shows the advant-ages of syndrome differentiation treatment of TCM, and could replace the intestinal probiotics, worthy of clinical application. Whether it has effect on the gut microflora, while whether different feeding way and clamping of TCM syndrome type have associated effects on the curative effect of the drug, need to be further in depth study.
